自21世纪初，中国的汽车工业进入了高速发展的快车道，猛然间使人们意识到了汽车维修服务业的光辉前景。国内外的企业，将美国的、韩国的、日本的等国外的成功汽车售后服务模式引入到中国来。一波又一波的先行者，鲜有成功的故事，更多的是失利的启示。

&& 1.日本汽车售后市场
&&& 市场特点：日本汽车售后服务系统很封闭，非独立的售后服务体系占重要地位。日本汽车保有量约为8000万辆左右，汽车零部件售后市场的规模小于美国和欧洲。日本政府有严格的车检制度，要求车辆的大量车检项目必须到4S经销店保养。
&&& 与严格的车检政策相关，日本的汽车售后服务体系有如下特点：日本的独立售后服务体系较小，主要由整车厂的特约维修店为主导，售后服务体系中所用的汽车配件80%以上是OEM产品，市场密集，平均每个维修店为710辆车服务。
&&& 代表：在日本汽车独立售后服务企业，AUTOBACS是代表性企业之一。
&&& 企业经营业务：主营业务是销售汽车配件、机油、化学用品和附件。自营和特许经营汽车维修店(修理放松管制的部分，也出租地坪给专业维修商)。连锁店规模：600多家，部分为直营，部分为特许经营。
&&& 公司概况：日本最大的汽车零部件零售连锁经营公司，作为日本东京证券交易所和伦敦证券交易所上市的公司，经营三大类产品：车轮产品、机油及化学用品、视听产品。化学用品(包括机油)所占比例15%，内外装饰用品12%，轮胎、钢圈25%，视听产品24%，机电零部件占比例19%，其它所占比例5%。AUTOBACS主要经销以独立品牌进入售后市场的产品，这在销售的产品的结构体现出来。但该公司以日本独立售后市场的发展为契机，开始向流通的下游，即汽车养护维修业渗透，其发展模式向类似于美国的NAPA过渡。
&&& 点评：日本是一个国土面积不大，市场比较密集，同时他的市场汽车品牌比较单一，绝对是本土品牌占市场主导。这就使得汽车制造厂的服务网络覆盖和主导市场成为可能。主机厂的强势，决定了独立的汽车服务企业要避开主机厂的作业强势范围&汽车维修业务，从而只能从汽车用品方面入手。另外日本人的生活很精致，有意愿和需求购买汽车美化、舒适用品。这是AUTOBACS生存的商业土壤。
&&& 2.美国的汽车售后市场
&&& 市场特点：美国拥有2亿多的汽车保有量，售后市场产值约为3000亿美元。汽车独立售后市场占到整个售后市场80%以上的水平。非独立售后市场即所谓的4S店服务体系占据市场的20%，其规模和影响远远落后于前者。美国独立售后市场有诸多的汽车服务品牌，代表性如NAPA、AutoZone和Pepboy等。
&&& 代表企业：(1)NAPA公司是全球最大的汽车零部件及附件经销商零售，1925年成立，入选世界企业500强。NAPA有60多个仓储式经销中心，约6000个汽车配商店，其中900多个为公司自己所有，其余为特许经营店，在墨西哥、加拿大、加勒比海岸和拉丁美洲国家设有连锁店。此外1万多个汽车养护和维修中心。
&&& NAPA经营汽车养护和快修业务(特别在钣金修复方面在全美国居领导地位)。NAPA的汽车养护连锁网络是多层次的，包括事故车维修中心，以事故车维修、保险理赔及处理车辆突发紧急事故为主要业务。此类企业占地规模大，维修设备和技术水平都较高，但所处位置一般距市区较远，但交通便利。而以汽车快修养护服务为主的汽车快修养护店规模相对要小得多，有的业务也比较单一，或专门维修制动系统、冷却系统、转向／悬架系统，甚至专管换油换滤清器。这类店数量较多，且大多分布在市区或交通要道附近，对顾客来说非常便利。NAPA的成功显示了连锁经营模式的强大优势。连锁经营的规模化确保了服务价格和服务质量的优势。连锁网络成功地将分散零落、规模不大的区域市场结合起来，形成了一个巨大而稳定的用户市场，确保了巨大而稳定的经营额，从而以独立经营者所不可能具备的强大实力获得价格优势。
&&& NAPA经销产品和范围：自制产品(机油滤清器、制动件、电瓶等)；汽车配件(主要类型有制动系统、电器系统、燃油系统、转向和悬架系统、各种皮带和管子、发动机附件、空调系统和排气系统，还有其颇有优势各种专业的钣金件)；汽车附件(如各种小工具、装饰件等)；化学用品(其中部分是自制或OEM)；钣金修复设备；其他工业机械零件等。NAPA的业务线贯穿整个产业链的各环节，可整合产业资源，并能发挥规模优势。庞大而完整的分销体系和为数众多的销售终端(维修中心)是其竞争优势所在。NAPA通过互联网将1万多件家维修中心联系在一起，为各种类型的客户提供在线服务，已经取得巨大成功，更好的留住了客户。
&&& (2)PEPBOYS是大型的汽车服务超市，每家面积近2000m2，被称作汽车服务行业的沃尔玛。有别于于通常面积为七、八百m2的AUTOZONE汽车服务中心，和星罗棋布、分散于大街小巷的便利型连锁店的NAPA。
&&& 点评：美国幅员辽阔，同时又是世界各个品牌汽车的卖场。车辆品牌多，市场区域大，依赖主机厂在各地建立网络，覆盖市场的所有的需求，明显是不现实的。美国人喜欢驾车出行，活动半径全国，甚至到墨西哥和加拿大。市场呼唤一个能够提供便捷的车辆维修保养的体系，这个体系需要有一定的专业性，一致性，并能够覆盖一个广阔的区域，而且服务的模式又比较经济实惠。这样的体系，主机厂的4S店是很难解决的。相互独立的各个汽车维修厂也没有可能的解决可能性，市场的特点和需求培育了美国特有的汽车售后市场模式。
&&& (3)ATUOZONE是美国第二大汽配零售商。以DIY用户为主要目标客户，同时也向专业维修厂提供配件。ATUOZONE连锁店有4200多家配件销售店，2万多家维修养护店，年销售额15.89亿美元。ATUOZONE经营产品为零部件、机油、化学品(清洁剂、发动机添加剂)、附件(各类小工具、装饰件和音响用品)。零部件的种类有：牵引、传动制动系，发动机常规保养用品，各类启动、电器、发动机控制用品。燃油系统部件有油管、油泵。
&&& ATUOZONE重视对DIY用户的培养，在网站上提供各种养护技能，提供维修软件包，甚至可以向专门的商店借用专用的维修工具，免费为客户检测蓄电池、发动机和发电机及控制系统，提供的产品也是DIY客户能够使用的产品。
&&& 3.欧洲汽车售后服务市场
&&& 市场特点：欧洲注重反垄断，通过法案限制汽车制造企业通过保修，技术等手段使得4S店获得优势竞争。所以4S店在欧洲不像在日本那样强势。同时在欧洲的独立汽车维修服务企业，也没有几家独大的情况。
&&& 代表：我们以欧洲的汽车大国德国为例，看一看欧洲汽车维修市场的情况。在德国有十几个有一定影响力的维修连锁品牌，连锁网点规模从几十到一两千家不等。连锁的发起人为配件销售商、汽车零部件制造商及维修企业。
&&& 经营范围：汽车的诊断、维修保养，汽车消耗品和养护产品的销售，部分店铺销售轮胎钢圈产品。在德国很难见到面积很大，以汽车美容、装具销售为主导的汽车服务网点。
&&& 点评：在欧洲，车辆保持了新车的原貌，没有铺设地胶，也没有粘贴太阳膜，更没有增设真皮座椅、座套等售后的装饰。欧洲人的汽车文化朴实自然。自己动手保养车辆的人也不在少数。这源于上百年的汽车普及进程，大众对车辆认知水平较高，另一方面，车辆维修的工时费十分昂贵。以德国为例，技工的工时收费约70~140欧元/h。欧洲人对于车只把钱花在不得不花的地方，因而维修是欧洲汽车连锁企业的主要业务。

很多不是很懂iAcro的朋友们一看到Hellaflush或者Vip这种低趴的改装风格，第一反应就会对车辆的通过性大加吐槽。小编特意在现场观察了一下，确实有不少车子都或轻或重地带着点儿伤。虽然iAcro们对于这种说法往往是很嗤之以鼻的，但不得不承认国内许多城市的路况并不好，HF跑在上面确实很吃亏。而且没有停车位时候想上个马路牙子？做梦！！！

红旗HQ3。虽说参展Hellaflush，但小编个人感觉此车完全可以定位成Vip风格了。用自主品牌轿车打造Vip的例子实属少见，从外观来看除了更换短弹簧降低车身，宾利19寸轮毂，未知品牌的高扁平比轮胎，并且加装了Harman Kardon音响套装以外，并没有什么大改动，甚至连包围都是原车自带，但整体视觉效果提升很高。由此可见除了行内人士所说的“一低遮百丑”确实有道理以外，也间接证明了改装，并不在于花多少钱，而在于是不是用心做了。
