番茄红素的天然仓库，你知道吗

&&&&&& 说到番茄红素，有的人可能不大了解。但是大家一定知道什么是番茄。番茄，即西红柿，含有20多种胡萝卜素，如α胡萝卜素、β胡萝卜素、叶黄素和玉米黄素，番茄红素约占80％～90％。可以说，西红柿是番茄红素的天然仓库。&&&&&&&&
的含量随果实成熟迅速增加，人们通过西红柿的颜色可大致判断番茄红素含量的多寡。在西红柿类鲜果中，一般每100克西红柿含3～5毫克番茄红素。

较低。不论在夏季还是冬季，在温室里种植的西红柿的番茄红素含量，都比夏季在室外生长的西红柿的含量低。&&&&&&& 番茄红素是令人折服的抗癌先锋。 &&&&&& 研究表明，在各种天然胡萝卜素中，番茄红素清除活性氧的作用最强，具有预防前列腺癌、肺癌等各种上皮癌的作用。在人体血液中，番茄红素的浓度与癌症发病率成反比。&&&&&& 1994年意大利学者将2706名各种消化道癌症患者与2879名正常人进行对照研究后发现，增加西红柿的摄入量，对消化道具有保护作用。与不吃西红柿的人相比，每天至少吃一份西红柿者发生消化道癌的机会可减少50％。&&&&&&& 美
国哈佛公共卫生学院的研究人员对48000名男士所吃46种以上水果和蔬菜，进行了为期4年的跟踪研究，发现每周至少吃10份，如西红柿、西红
