But by protectionism forges, the international community on the performance of value and the financial crisis, the green trade barriers agile became China's textile and apparel exports to the urgent need to deal with a new non-tariff barriers. In order to better deal with the green trade barrier, we can continue to grow in China's textile and garment industry. This paper first discusses the basic concept, features, and growth trend of green commercial barriers, and then analyzes the status quo of China's textile and garment export business. Then, this paper introduces the ISO14000 and other four kinds of international standards and regulations on the business of textiles and clothing, in order to better control the international standard of green textile and clothing, to prevent the encounter of green business barriers. Then this paper analyzes the impact of green trade barriers on China's textile and garment industry from two aspects: the economic impact and the practical point of view. This paper argues that the impact of green trade barriers on China's textile and apparel exports is, in a short period of time to meet the export market, the market share reduction and export costs, export competitiveness and reduce risk. However on the other hand, from the point of view, the green trade barrier will comfort improvement techniques of China's textile and garment industry, promote China's textile and garment industry with a scale of the set, is beneficial to China's textile and apparel products better adapt to the needs of the international community, so from the long-term perspective, the green trade barriers on China's textile and apparel exports is useful. At first, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the green trade barrier in China's textile and garment industry from the aspects of enterprise level and government level.
