&&&&&&& 3.3具有相关部门颁发的营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证并通过年检。
&&&&&&& 3.4近三年来在银行业系统有三次以上装饰业绩。
&&&&&&& 3.5公司没有违法记录和诉讼纠纷。
&&&&&&& 4. 招标文件的获取
&&&&&&& 4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于<st1:chsdate w:st="on" IsROCDate="False" IsLunarDate="False" Day="15" Month="11" Year="年11月15日至日（法定公休日、法定节假日除外），每日上午9：00至12：00，下午2：00至4：30（北京时间，下同），在达县南外通达西路73号达县联社办公室持单位介绍信购买招标文件。
&&&&&&& 4.2 招标文件每套售价500元，售后不退。
&&&&&&& 4.3 投标保证金10000元，在投标文件递交截止时前交至达县联社财务会计部。
&&&&&&& 4.4 邮购招标文件的，需另加手续费50 元。招标人在收到单位介绍信和邮购款（含手续费）后2日内寄送。
&&&&&&& 5. 投标文件的递交
&&&&&&& 5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为<st1:chsdate w:st="on" IsROCDate="False" IsLunarDate="False" Day="8" Month="12" Year="年12月8日9时30分，地点为达县联社七楼会议室。
