10年前就有这种类型的东西了, 那时候叫&网赚&, 不少是真实的, 确实给钱, 虽然极少极少(除非空闲到爆的学生党否则基本都是完全划不来) ; 但是也有完全的诈骗, 比如钱够了不给取之类的
建议楼主如果没有成功兑换过游戏, 就不要发, 万一是骗人的呢?
另外, 真实的那些, 一般都很少offer, 也就是可能一个月才给一两个调查, 你做上三四个月才能换一个小游戏
