回复提交成功汽车空调压缩机最近车子的空调压缩机烧了  去修理那说是之前氟利昂加多了  压力太高导致的 我打算去找之前加氟的,不知道能不能赔.赔一部分也好网专业人士帮忙分析 压缩机烧的原因 还有帮忙支招
加多了氟利昂（冷媒）是不好,但是还不至于烧空调压缩机的,除非加的是劣质的,影响了压缩机内部的润滑,导致烧压缩机,空调系统管路里面是有压力开关的,系统压力过大会断开此开关而断开空调压缩机继电器而使得压缩机电磁离合器分开,压缩机停止工作而得到保护,所以加多了氟利昂,管路压力高不会直接导致压缩机损坏,但是如果同时压力开关坏了,那就麻烦了,会烧压缩机的加冷媒的和整车厂的,都可以去找,
会不会是继电器坏了~~~~他还给我加了氟油（我一直不知道是什么东西），您的意思现在可能不是氟利昂压力过高直接导致压缩机烧坏的？？？
空调继电器坏了，空调压缩机就不工作了，
对的单是冷媒加多了，不会导致烧压缩机的，只有冷媒加多了+空调管路压力开关坏了，才会烧压缩机，如果加的特别多，压力特别大，压力开关反应迟钝，而损坏也有可能，
另外你看看空调冷凝器的散热风扇如果坏了，也可能导致管路压力高，

前几天 服役十二年的老四眼 终于阳寿已尽，抱死了，四眼车厢保温不错，眼看夏天了，没个冷气 ，坐在里面是个啥滋味，你懂的，首先检查了 确定了已经抱死，再看看其他有什么问题没，好看到了，没错，就是它，冷凝器边上的高压管接头处 发现大量 油迹，这有怎么来的，就是氟，漏冷冻油了 ，再往下面检查工作各项管道，以及各个管道接头 ，没发现异常，确定了更换件（压缩机，高压小管分段），再又想了想，十二年的四眼睛了，干脆 干燥棒 一起给换了，毕竟服役 那么多年了，没了，好的&&再次确定更换件（压缩机，空调高压管分段，干燥棒）4儿子 可以买到，修理厂也可以定货，价格，我实在接受不了，回来万能X宝，搜索一遍，原装二手拆车压缩机（500大洋）由于这个空调管分段有两节是胶管，这个实在不敢买，再X宝买空调高压管分段 ，干燥棒新件，经过一番和店家咨询 敲定配件，拍下 ，等到货 准备去修理厂 付工时费帮换，第二天到货 自己SF 提了货 立马奔，本地所谓的，()专修厂,到了，和修理厂客服谈好，换压缩机，空调管，干燥棒，工时费一共150，立马开工，拆到一半，修理厂老板出来说，这个空调小管分段，有个接头 必须用专用工具才可以拆，说他家没有这个工具，把我给打发走了，其中原因懂的自然懂，顿时我就一个怒，直接把车开回家打算自己动手，换好找修理厂付工时费帮打压，测漏，抽空，加氟，加冷冻油
回来自己上网找图片研究了下那个空调管接头，确实有难度，里面是个塑料的 套子，上面是个密封圈，下面是个内卡簧，想想拆这个接头 塑料套子必须烂掉，再又次X宝，你懂的

X宝问了好几家 没有原厂这个接头，没办法 本地4儿子花了141大洋 买来的空调小修包，一个绿色塑料接头，一个内卡簧，一个密封圈，心痛啊，不过塑料上 打有进口英文，密封圈弹性也很不多，算了，流血就流啦

汽车空调问题？
压缩机运转30秒就自动停了，然后看见低压管路压力慢慢上升，上升到45到50之间时，压缩机又开始工作了。就这样周而复始的，压缩机停了又转，转了又停。这是怎么一回事啊？请专家说个解决的方案？
这明显是随压力的变化而开停机，并且时间很短才30秒，
而控制压缩机开停的是温制器，和压力继电器，
温制器与压力没直接关系，只与温度有关，温度变化不可能在30秒内变化这么快，所以很可能是压力继电器失灵。
你只测量了低压的数据，没有测高压的数据，其实对于诊断空调故障来讲，高压数据比低压数据还要重要些，因此根据你的反应，不是系统内制冷剂过多就是过少。
空调压缩机开关一定要记得关，尤其是在夏天，如果老是在发动车辆的时候同时启动空调压缩机，对电瓶寿命有很大的影响。
