售后服务不行,被百度贴吧投诉吧主没用也没用,怎么办 LG

LG的质量很差,售后服务态度也很不好
我们日买的, 花了一万多, 上个月黑屏了两次,家里老人不懂所以没有报修.前两天彻底黑屏开不了了,报修后服务人员上了两次门以后说是屏幕坏了, 导致里面的部件也都烧了,说要我们折旧,折完剩一千, 这就是LG的服务吗??? 我们是保修期内就有出现黑屏的,只是没有及时报,前两天报修,也才超过10几天,他要我们正台电视就可以当废铁了。 而且还非常理直气壮的叫我们去投诉12315。

呵呵,如果是此情况,第一官方怎么会有折旧回收的道理,怎么感觉不像是官方售后的。第二如果真官方售后,既然过保了,那算过一天他们也不管这也是没办法的事情。第三找私人维修的看一下吧,他们的费用也许相对低很多。至于投诉这个事情吧,你要是有那闲工夫和他们玩,你就去投诉吧,不然就别给自己添乱了。

& && &&&10年8月的样子,刚生了宝宝还未满月,我已经无聊的咋咋跳了,有个姐妹开鹭珂鸶专卖店亏本后剩了堆库存放在我这里,想着看能不能帮她清出去,于是我整理出来开了这个淘宝小店:《专宝家的土匪窝窝:低价专柜正品货物》。俺叫黄专,辣妹子,老家那边都喜欢名字后面加个宝字的,专宝,喜欢这个亲切的称呼,妈妈总是这样称呼我呢
~~~同时放了些我在tommy专柜买回的全新衣物啥的,没想到朋友裤裤没咋卖出去,tommy倒是挺受欢迎的,真是无心插柳柳成阴呵& &,由于有个好姐妹在tommy专柜上班的,有这个便利我总能以超低价格淘回些高性价比的tommy东东。另外也叫朋友帮忙我物色质量好价格低廉的货物放到小店销售,小店也坚持着没有买信誉,做虚拟啥投机取巧的事,刚开始还差点被满天飞的钓鱼信息骗到,还好及时发现,有惊无险~~就这样不知不觉开了一年了,虽然信誉还不高,不过看着满满的好评和赞扬真真很是自豪一把。。。。
这是宝宝过周岁时一家三口的照片,没生宝宝时才90斤,现在105斤多,本来脸就圆,现在都不敢照镜子了。。。。。做妈妈真是要付出代价的。。。。
& && & 言归正题:9月19号,晚上我编辑小店的货品,姬龙雪的靴子想做个特价活动的时候,显示说:出错了,您未通过认证或已被处罚,请核实:非常抱歉!由于您违反了淘宝相关规定(B类12分节点处罚),您的发布、编辑权利到这段时间内被限制。如需查看淘宝相关规定,请点这里。我一看,心一惊,鸡冻啊!!我要hold住,hold住。。。。。。怎么会这样的。小店一直经营的好好的,从来没有遇到过这种问题,一点头绪都没有,于是立即百度了一下,百度知道里面有人说:可能是违反了淘宝规则,被淘宝扣分了。。。。。。我想我违反了淘宝的什么规定的?小店经营这一年多以来,虽然信誉不高,但是一直都保持良好的。从未做过刷信誉,刷好评。。。。。。啥投机取巧的事,连做虚拟也没有考虑过。。。。一步一步走来按说没有什么违规的呀!
& && & 焦头烂额,不知所措,左思右想想不出来,在淘宝的违规记录里看到我的严重违规累计扣分为14分。处罚规则为:出售假冒商品,共有7件,每件扣除2分。看到这个简直莫名其妙,我小店所有的货品都是自己实物拍摄,如实描述的,标明的专柜货物也都是自己清清白白从专柜买来的。。。。居然会被投诉?~!!到底是哪几件衣服被冠名出售假冒商品处理了呢?
& &&&急晕了,折腾半天终于在举报管理那里终于找到了被投诉的商品,共七件,都是专柜买来的tommy衣裤来的。投诉人为SNB-REACT,啥米来的,百度了一下,说是什么欧洲的一个非盈利的组织。。。。。投诉的理由为:厂家未生产过此产品。说商品信息侵犯Tommy Hilfiger Licensing LLC有关Tommy Hilfiger的商标权。看到这啥:厂家未生产过此产品。我真有点上火了,我明明白白从Tommy Hilfige专柜买来的,怎么就说厂家未生产过此产品呢?凭什么他们说没生产过就没生产过的?给个商标注册证。。。。。。后面啥啥的(鸡肠是啥具体俺也看不大懂了。。。)就可以理直气壮的说未生产过此款式?我看是宝宝生太多了,就不认识自己的小孩了有木有!
& && &由于投诉已经很久了,处罚已经执行,商品信息删除扣分也扣了,在淘宝后台已经申诉不了,于是打电话去淘宝咨询,大概上午打电话的人很多,等个电话等了差不多十多分钟,终于接通,客服说可以发邮件去什么淘宝申诉的邮箱去申诉的,我再咨询:为什么有人投诉我了,而且是投诉销售假冒伪劣商品这么严重的问题都没有个系统提示什么的呢?而且被扣分什么的也没有投诉提示,我是等到扣分已经达到一定程度对店铺做了限制才知道的。。。。客服说有发邮件提示的,( ⊙ o ⊙ )啊!我都多久没打开我的163邮箱了。。。挂了电话立马打开邮箱看了,只见页面上都显示着关于被投诉被处理的通知!臭大胡子说:你应该习惯每天把邮箱开着就不至于现在才发现了。。。。⊙﹏⊙b汗~~~
& && & 第二天立马着手准备申诉的材料:把每件衣服的关于吊牌,洗水标等细节图都拍好,然后再书面描述。。。写好了发送邮件。。。。
邮件发出后立马就有个自动回复邮件:说申诉已经收到,在3-5个工作日内答复。。。。
& && & 接下来就在不安和焦虑中等待着答复。。。。。。被屏蔽,我的小店流量由此一落千丈,本来就每天300的样子少的可怜的浏览量,一下降到最低几个,少得可怜的流量。。。。。。高的时候有一百多,都是收藏过我店铺的老顾客,值得欣慰的是:那几日居然每天也能开个一单,这要多谢那些可爱的顾客朋友的支持~~~呵呵呵,不过不知道他们如果知道我被淘宝因投诉销售假冒伪劣商品而被处罚还敢不敢在俺这买东东了。。。。。
9月23号终于有答复了!没有说明申诉成功与否,只是说:烦请提供正规的进货凭证,包括产品名称,型号,数量等,以便我们进行核实。
之前的邮件中除了进货凭证其他都有的,可能图片太多,也没组织好,淘宝小二看不明白,于是我又将之前的邮件稍做整理再发过去~
& && &得到的答复还是跟之前差不多,只是前面提示我可以将相关资料发送给投诉方进行核实,要求他们发送撤销函。。。。。。估计小二们也不知道怎么办了,投诉的人言之凿凿,还提供了商标注册证等,我也是信誓旦旦,小二偷懒,让我去跟投诉方PK了,可是投诉方留的是荷兰的电话,不说越洋电话贵,对自己洋文也没信心,鬼子会不会讲中文也不知道啊,算了,不丢这人了,还是让小二帮忙吧,继续给小二打电话。。。。。。小二答复的电话中反复提到进货凭证啥的,看来,淘宝的工作人员一定要见到销售小票等类似的证据才行。。。。我急了。。。。。。之前没想过开淘宝小店,也没想过俺这从专柜买来的东东还会遭到投诉,而且竟然是tommy公司的投诉!!!虽然能肯定没有丢垃圾筒,不过销售小票都不知道被俺扔到哪个角落里了。。。。没办法,要洗刷自己的清白,那些宝贝的清白就只有这条路了,我翻翻翻,翻翻翻。。。。。把家里翻个底朝天也要找出来!!!
& && & 找了两天,终于被我找着了!!!太好了!我立马拍了照片,发邮件传过去~~
没想到被回复说:您提供的附件过多无法打开,只需提供相关小票即可。
于是把前面无用的附件都删除了,把图片弄小了再压缩传过去。。。。。。
& && & 淘宝回复了个邮件说是填写反通知,填写完整申诉理由后,打印,签名,上传扫描件或者数码拍摄件。。。。。。反通知?这么说有戏!哈哈哈~
立马把反通知下载下来准备写,一看,想:要把每件衣服的细节描述具体描述一下,还要上传每件衣服的细节图和销售小票的图,一共七件衣服,每件衣服大概有5,6张图,还要小票的图。。。。那得多少张才搞的定呀!而且弄这些好复杂,嘿嘿嘿。。。。。。。找我做IT的臭大胡子LG帮忙吧~~~
& && &果不其然。。。。他弄了一两个小时,反通知有设置格式的,直接放图放不上去,而且每次删除都会保留的,你要再确认删除才会去除。。。。。(要我要弄到啥时候哦)~~~图片描述都弄上去了,臭大胡子又建议说:图片那些太占纸张了,直接传图片可能更清晰更好些。是哦,不确定这样行得通不,怕白弄了,于是先发个邮件给淘宝审核通过了再去打印啥的
隔天淘宝回复了,说一切OK,打印了反通知,再拍了照和个人身份证正反面一起上传。O(∩_∩)O~
于是一有空便去打印拍了照然后再上传至淘宝了。。。。。。
10月9号,一打开邮箱助手,首页都被【重要】来自淘宝网的违规撤销通知!的字样填满了!O(∩_∩)O~太好了!终于撤销了!!!
& &&&被扣的分数也恢复了~~~
& && & 后面看到tommy吧有关于被投诉侵权导致产品下架的帖子,我很正气凛然的回复:
如果你们卖的是正品为什么不申诉呢?我也有遭到他们的投诉,我申诉了,并且成功了!身正不怕影子斜,我堂堂正正从专柜买来的不怕他们投诉!!!你们也加油吧!!!
& &&&没高兴几天,突然收到个系统通知又说被投诉侵权了。。。。。。上次才反映说到被投诉被扣分都没有个提示的,淘宝更正举措倒是蛮快!一看,又被同一个人投诉了7件tommy衣服,这不是恶意投诉就想我的店铺被屏蔽掉嘛,臭大胡子说淡定淡定。。。。淡定个屁!我都蛋疼了(好吧,我没有蛋,那就肉疼吧)。臭大胡子看我火气息了些,又说到:你看他的投诉日期是9月30号的,是在我们申诉成功之前,应该不是恶意投诉的。也是,那就只好再走上面的申诉程序。。。。。。
看这之后了。。。。。。。。未完待续

售后编号30*************0 订单编号9*************0 3月13号在淘宝网商家惊天数码至尊店购买原装LG Nexus 4 E960触摸屏液晶总成带框,正常使用了6天,屏幕出现出现色线,存在瑕疵!要求换货,商家以人为压爆屏影响二次销售为由拒绝, 产生纠纷,3月21号与商家协商,22号无果后,23号淘宝客服介入,已经十几天了完全没有任何消息,在线客服和电话客服就说等等会催促的,完全没有效果。《杭州市网络交易管理暂行办法》第四章消费者权益保护第三十二条第三方网络交易平台经营者应当建立消费争议和解、调解制度。 消费者与网络交易经营者发生消费争议的,可以要求第三方网络交易平台经营者调解。平台经营者应当自收到消费者请求之日起7个工作日内予以处理。 第七章法律责任第五十一条第三方网络交易平台经营者违反本办法规定的,由市场监督管理部门按照下列规定予以处罚:(五)违反第三十二条第二款、第三款规定,未在规定期限内处理消费争议,或者提供网络交易经营者相关主体资格信息的,责令改正,并处以1000元以上1万元以下罚款。这是有明文规定的,为什么还不给我处理。&&&&&

你卖了那么多,你开的票只有一件?(请看成交记录)退一步来说,就算你的商品全部有发票和合格证也不能保证全部都没有问题,如果出厂都没问题那要售后干嘛!!!!&nbsp

淘宝支持卖家,拒绝了我的维权,请问怎么办。像这种情况,能否检测到是否人为损坏?
今天收到杭州工商的电话,说对方同意退款,现正快递回去!但原顺利!

历时50多天,本次维权终于成功,现申请结案。再次多谢聚投诉这个平台及工作人员的无么付出,也多谢杭州工商局的工作人员。因为是杭州工商局工的努力才能成功,当然还要有聚投诉这个平台的支持。最没有用的就是向淘宝投诉。小二都是脑残!
邮费都没有退回,算了10元,不想浪费时间!

【聚投诉再次拉黑一名投诉人】
部分投诉争议,目前没有明确的解决办法,聚投诉更多是提供基于诚信的协商沟通平台,促进投诉解决。
一位易到司机的投诉/tousu/show/id/68767,投诉时所留姓名,与其后续在公开提交承诺时所留姓名,二者不符,已作为无效投诉。
同时,对此不诚信、不负责的行为,聚投诉对其予以拉黑。
聚投诉希望以此告知各方:诚信是投诉之本;无诚信,不投诉。
【聚投诉系统升级,全面保护个人隐私】
填写投诉时,增加了用户隐私(账号、订单号、身份证号、银行卡号等)填写区域,仅供投诉人、被投诉方、聚投诉三个账号登录时查看,不对外显示,避免用户信息泄漏。
此前,聚投诉已推出新的设置:投诉人以文字形式公开提交的手机号、银行卡号、身份证号,将自动做缺省处理,仅由聚投诉查看并转告给被投诉方。
鉴于网上骗子猖獗,填写投诉时,请务必不要在隐私区之外公开提交您的:电话号码截图、身份证照片、银行卡照片。
另外,聚投诉手机端做了更多的调整:
·投诉帖下面的各方互动信息,改按时间顺序显示;
·新用户首次登录时,需区分投诉者、商家、专家;
·填写投诉时,新增投诉问题、投诉诉求标签的输入;
··新增了投诉索赔金额填写栏。
