鼓风机及自动空调调速模块拆装、修复操作 10款307，前天使用泡沫清洗剂清洗空调系统时（第一次使用，开始前也做了功课），结果悲剧发生了，清洗剂喷了一分钟左右时鼓风机突然不转了，调整风速没有反应，低头一看泡沫都从脚底的出风口流出来了，发动机熄火重启还是不行，开启AC（前面一直都只是吹风）能感觉到仪表板下方有间隔规律的轻微振动并伴有咯噔声，但也不出风。这下傻特了，心情就像。赶紧地上网查资料，断定是鼓风机或调速模块的问题，到SSSS搞下可能要一千大洋，黑啊！看了许多帖子，这两样东西具体在哪个位置、怎么拆装，图片和说明都很少。天色已晚，加上资料不全，无奈决定第二天一早下手。过程如下：1、鼓风机和调速模块就在油门右侧，需要先拆除图示三块塑料挡板，借用爱卡的一张图片。我是10款的，侧面的挡板只找到两颗螺钉。2、拆下挡板后借助手电就可以看到鼓风机了，只拍了拆下之后的照片，注意有一颗固定的T20螺钉。建议先将电源插头拔下拆装这颗螺钉至少用了我半个小时的时间，外加手臂被塑料件划伤。拆下螺钉后，握住鼓风机外壳稍用力逆时针旋转就就可拆下鼓风机，小心的从油门踏板上方取出来。鼓风机质量不错，叶片居然还做了动平衡（看那个金属卡子，里面还有一个）。取下罩壳后，发现电机里残留了相当一部分清洗剂，已经是液态了。看样子电机不会轻易被腐蚀，用无水酒精仔细清洗后再用电吹风烘干。就这样直接接上电源插头，手握住电机壳，起动车子并开启风机，只见风机偶尔会抖动一下，用手拨动也不行，看来调速模块也有问题。3、调速模块就在风机的下方接近地板的位置，用手电照射能看到一点点，或者用手顺着线束能摸到。可以连同接插头一块逆时针旋转，取下调速模块。捏住插头两头的小卡子，拆下插头，很明显就看到了“水渍”。在图示位置用平口螺丝起轻轻撬就可以很轻松取下塑料罩壳了。图片上像被啃过一样是因为刚开始不知道怎么拆，用老虎钳掰的拆开后发现里面泡了满满的“水”，不过好像还没有被腐蚀，赶紧用酒精里里外外的擦洗干净，然后用电吹风烘干，烘个十分钟左右。而后将塑料罩壳装上，卡子卡好，为了防止再次受潮，我在接缝那涂了一圈强力胶水，见上上一张图（也有人用热熔胶的）。4、最后将调速模块装复，再次起动车子，开启风机，一切OK啦，哈哈哈哈~~~~~装复鼓风机，最大风量，持续15分钟，再打开AC，一切正常。回想用泡沫清洗剂操作清洗的过程，很可能是那个塑料管往进风...…0&&parseInt(document.getElementById('custompage').value)页&&1&&parseInt(document.getElementById('custompage').value)楼&&

马上就要进入夏天了，白天气温开始高了，开始使用了。经过一个冬天，空调很久没用过了，今天一开，我嘞个去，怎么从吹很多黑色的海绵。仔细一看，自己都吓一跳了，驾驶台的出风口全是海绵堵塞了，奇怪，这个地方怎么会有这玩意，老鼠也不可能进啊。于是抱着好心心态，决心找找这个海绵的出处。之前对空调的投入也比较大，每年换一次的活性炭的，每半年自己拆出来用高压风枪吹一次。每年自己清洗一次蒸发器。但是就一直没有洗过鼓风机，这次干脆一并折腾，好好洗洗。
动手前，好好的研究了的帖子，之前他在本坛子发过很详细的帖子，灰常好用。研究透切再动手，可以少走很多冤枉路啊。

鼓风机拆下后，我发现这个貌似和 yww2007tt 的有点不同，他的车风扇调速电阻是独立的，而我的这个风扇调速电阻是很电机装在一起的，他的拆开后可以直接看到蒸发器，我的这个拆开后是看不到蒸发器的，可以得出一个结论。手动空调和自动空调的肯定是不一样的了。

清洁干净后，感觉那个轴承很涩，加点润滑剂吧，WD-40是不二的选择，为防止喷到到处是，用这个滴的比较好用。

继续折腾，拆副驾位的。副驾位要把手套箱拆除才可以看到里面东东。
黑色的管道是外循环的入风口，看到这里，我百思不得其解，这么这里有个这么大的缝隙（黄色箭头所指处），我以为是没有装好，裂开了，于是试着用手掰合拢，，不行。

仔细查看，外加手摸，终于找到了答案。原来两个管道间是有一定间隙，中间有海绵垫着，起到密封作用。时间长了。海绵上的双面胶脱落了，于是就把海绵全吹到出风口了。而这里留下的一个大缝隙，空调在设定为内循环的时候也有大量的外面空气涌入，造成了制冷效率下降。

找到原因就好办了，得重新想办法密封好。用原来方法肯定不好，想到了用玻璃胶类的来粘，想想那个时间长了，也容易脱落，于是想到了帮朋友改音响是用的沥青胶，这个好用，和橡皮泥一样，可以随意捏造型，正好填补间隙。

安装完后启动空调试验，感觉风速开到最低的时候，风比以前大多了，这和清理了出风口堵塞的海绵有关，估计也和那个鼓风机电机润滑了有关，入风口密封后，现在空调开到最小档也凉凉的，毕竟这么大的风口密封好了，制冷效率提升不少了。
弄了一个下午，终于把这个给弄好，天色已晚，决定蒸发器就不清洗了，留着下次吧。这次最大的感受就是，鼓风机的位置安装的太巧妙了，跪爬各种姿势都用上了，折腾。如果想好操作一点，还是要拆驾驶位的座椅，我就是因为不想拆座椅，所以难度大了很多。
