Avoid this site like the plague. It took them 10 days just to dispatch my order. I can only assume they didn't have the item in stock or their packing staff work extremely slowly. If they didn't have the item in stock, I should have been informed that it's going to take over 2 weeks to receive my item. Definitely won't be using these guys again!

Bought something simple. Didn't get it for a month. I thought it was my items but no. Just bought the same thing from another supplier and it was delivered in 3 days. I will never buy anything from Pharmacy Online again

ary lol..) Still have no goods and have just requested a full refund for the entire amount. I actually feel sorry for the online consultants who have to deal with this ridiculous situation. I have advised that unfortunately I will be asking the Department of Fair Trading to intervene if this cannot be resolved very soon.
By comparison, I ordered several items from and online chemist which arrived three days after ordering.

Buyer beware - they don't ship orders anymore

are displayed as 'in stock.'
If I (as the consumer), don't take action to cancel my order, they just take my money & don't ship the items.
Do they think I'm just going to forget about it?
I have had no choice but to lodge a complaint with the ACCC & I hope that others follow suit.
Businesses shouldn't be allowed to trade if they take customers' money & don't ship the products.
Please save yourself the hassle & don't order from them.

Boy do we get conned
I unfortunately placed two orders with this company and paying via paypal so why am I waiting after 23 days for goods being sent from Australia.
I am so sick of online stores that hang on to my money for days before sending.
I have ordered goods from China and America and get an instant tracking No. and the goods delivered in no time.
I certainly will not be using this company again.

They kept making excuses such as no stock, supplier issues and yet haven't even shipped my items for more than two weeks even tho they promised to send within one week, not happy about this at all. They don't reply to you for more than 7 days either even tho it says they will reply within 1 business day. Two thumbs down.

after 6 days - what is there to process with instant guaranteed payment? Their telephone number appears to be a scam and doesn't work, and my email asking what is happening to my order is being ignored. I have also noticed they only print a small number of customer reviews that are glowing - where are all the negative ones? Those DON'T get accepted, you get a little message saying &this will be reviewed& but it's NEVER actually posted on the website.
I am disgusted and disappointed - PLEASE do yourself a favour and don't bother with these terrible people!! No doubt I will have to take out a pay pal dispute like others here, to get a refund.

I had ordered propsan and sambucol for kids from their website. The orders have been placed for a week still have not received anything from them. When I rang them up, they said the Prospan is not available even though on their website still listed it at available. They didn't send me a notice about that. Still taking my money and make me wait. I live in right in the City. Do you think it is acceptable to wait for an item order within Australia such that long.

it could be potentially life threatening.
I really hope this service improves and I get my refund. This will be the second one I've received, due to late notice.
I hope this complaint is acknowledged and that something is done about it. I tried to speak to a supervisor to escalate this complaint. They said they were unable to and also said no one could call me back. This customer service has left me used and disappointed.

I conducted an online purchase weeks ago and all I got was an automatic order confirmation e-mail. When I tried to contact this company I realised their phone number was not even connectable (meaning it hangs up before you could reach them). Needless to say, emailing them was also an exercise in futility. To anyone reading this my advice is never to buy from this company.
