伴随着高通骁龙820的发布和黎万强的回归，小米新一代旗舰手机小米5的发布日期也已经尘埃落定为过年之后的2月24日。为了给这款产品预热，雷军还专门发微博夸赞了小米 5的手感。
毫无疑问，小米 5对于小米公司的意义是重大的。不是因为它的&千呼万唤始出来&，而是因为小米在整个2015年的跌宕和焦虑中，实在需要一款能够站得住脚的新作品来回应外界对其手机业务的质疑。更重要的是，小米5对于小米整个手机产品线的重新调整和定位也有着重要的意义。
小米Note的高调和低迷
如果站在宏观角度去观察2015年的小米在手机业务方面的动作，可以依据前后半年简单地概括为两个方面：前半年小米一直在试图通过小米Note系列向高端转型；后半年小米则疯狂地通过推出一系列性价比机型来完成年初雷军所定下的8000万销售预期。
可惜的是，这两个任务小米都没有完成。
上半年，小米Note先后以不同的版本、不同的方式被发布了7次。这样做无非有两个目的：一个是刷存在感；一个是通过对不同的版本寻找细分用户。
对于前者，在经历了众多国产厂商&你方唱罢我登场&的轮番轰炸中，市场对于这样的刺激早已经麻木了；再加上是同一款产品的连番发布，即使是米粉也审美疲劳了。所以，存在感并没有有效地转化为销量。
至于后者，无论是讨好女性用户的粉红系女神版，还是瞄准明星粉丝的张杰定制版，对于一款智能手机而言，都很难在真正意义上起到打动用户的效果。尤其是明星定制版手机，其意图通过粉丝效应来赢得销量的做法早已经被业界证实为无效之举。
也就是说，无论举行了多少场发布会，小米Note的出现似乎只能是小米公司在2014年下半年国产手机整体向高端转型的大潮之下的被动之举。无论是魅族突发奇招、一分为二的MX4和MX4 Pro，还是华为意外大获成功的Mate 7，都让2014年下半年的旗舰机Mi 4相形见绌，也深深地增加了小米的焦虑。
为了接招，小米不得不强推小米Note系列。
除了我们上述的发布会系列，小米还破天荒地在营销方面为小米Note打破了惯例。先是首次为小米Note开放了线下购买，打破了以往小米手机线上购买的单一模式；接着又开始在公交站台、电梯等线下场所投放小米Note的宣传广告。此外，小米Note还联合中信银行推出了所谓的VIP通道。
然而，一切似乎都是徒劳无功的。早在去年六月份，小米Note的售价已经自动退出2000元的价格区间，回降为1999元；要知道，1999元这个价格点对于小米来说，是一个紧箍咒一样的存在。因为小米就是靠1999元的价位起家并达到辉煌的。而且直到今天，小米官方依然没有公布小米Note系列的销量。
因此，可以这样说：小米Note作为一个商品的销量是没有达到小米的预期的；作为一个品牌，小米意图在小米Note上极力构造高端属性的结果是失败的。
失败的原因大致有两点：
一是小米自身的品牌属性已经在大众心中形成了一个明确的定位。当一个品牌被贴上屌丝、性价比这样的标签的时候，注定了其在向高端转型的过程中会遇到大众在心理上的认知抵触。而且小米竟然用&小米Note&这样的品牌名称，不仅与小米的公司名称相似，也和&小米手机系列的&其他机型高度相似。如此一来，人们很难对小米Note的品牌属性形成新的认知。
二是小米Note系列在产品上的不足。小米Note在产品特征上最大的不足是指纹识别功能的缺失。自从2013年9月，iPhone 5S搭载touch ID横空出世以来，安卓阵营的诸多厂商群起而跟风之，三星、魅族、小米等诸多厂商的旗舰机型都已经通过各种各样的方式用上了指纹识别，但是作为高端旗舰的小米Note却迟迟没有搭载。这个非常明显的短板大大地拉底了人们对于小米Note功能完整度和价格方面的心理预期。
所以小米Note的高端之路越走越窄，小米不得不在下半年通过红米Note 2，小米4C和红米Note 3来疯狂走量，以期完成8000万台的销售计划。然而结果正如我们已经知道的那样没有成功。
雷军在反思着一切的时候说内心有心魔，确实如此。
小米5能否力挽狂澜？
小米在2016年初就不动声色地通过网站发布了红米3手机，显得低调了很多。但是这次低调的背后，掩盖的是小米官方在小米5上灌注的巨大激情。毕竟小米3、小米4等小米系列才是小米旗下所有手机产品的中流砥柱，同样道理，小米5无论是在销量上还是在品牌影响力上都应该对前代有所继承和突破。
所以，从产品的角度去说，小米5应该比小米4优秀。目前已经确知的是其将搭载高通最新一代的骁龙820处理器。除了处理器，不低于1080P的屏幕，金属机身等产品特性都应该在人们的预期之内。
当然还有更重要的一点，小米5必然会搭载指纹识别功能。而且根据网上的曝光图片，小米5将会采取三星、魅族的做法，在机身正面设置一颗Home按键作为指纹识别模块。这种解决方案从用户操作的角度来说，应该是最为可取的做法。
此外，根据网友的曝光，小米5的售价也已经曝光。值得注意的是，小米5分为高配版和低配版两个版本：其中低配版的最低手机为2199元，高配版的最高售价已经超过3099元。低配版和高配版的主要区别在于运存、存储空间和屏幕分辨率上的差异。
表面上来看，网上曝光的售价似乎过于高了，而且与小米该系列之前一贯的价格定位不符；但是如果联系到前文所述小米Note在高端品牌转型方面的失败，则变得很容易理解了。
既然小米Note冲击3000元高端市场的尝试已经失败，那么小米似乎没有太大必要再在此系列上继续下去；与此同时，小米5高配版的产品特性完全可以承担得起小米Note后继者的责任。而且从品牌认知的角度，小米Note的品牌并没有获得大众的认可，它以小米高配版的面貌出现也是顺理成章的事情。
简而言之：小米Note系列很有可能被小米5取代。也就是说，可能不会再有小米Note 2了。
此外，还有一个值得关注的问题是：究竟会不会有搭载Windows 10 Mobile的小米5出现在市场上。因为，从2015年3月份以来，小米一直在与微软眉来眼去，合作进行着&为小米4适配Window 10刷机包&的工作。
如今二者的合作已经有了成果；而且更重要的是，搭载Windows 10系统的小米平板2已经正式上市，可见微软和小米之间已经进入到商业层面。近两天，小米方面在微博上针对&大家是否期待Windows 10版的小米5&这个问题进行了征询，可见小米也在考虑推出Windows 10版小米5的可能性。
而且依据小米过去的做法，如果网友的反馈热烈，小米很有可能会采取&只在高配版的小米5上搭载Windows 10系统以提升销量&的手段。当然这个仍然停留在猜测阶段。
从某种意义上说，小米在2015年的安卓旗舰机市场是处于缺位状态的。尽管雷军把小米Note顶配版自封为&安卓机皇&，但是很难想象在2015年一款没有指纹识别的智能手机是凭借什么样的自信给自己贴上这样的标签。最终，销量和市场给出了一记响亮的耳光；小米Note几乎系列可以用败笔来形容。
所幸小米5发布在即。在用一系列中低端机型苦苦支撑了几个月之后，不知道小米将会在2月24日的发布会上为小米5讲出一个什么样的故事。
只不过，希望雷老板不要再用情怀做文章了。

做手机是个挺有技术含量的事情，怎么说也算是高科技行业。
这个高科技，不好做。你好不容易做好了，还得让用户明白，这更不容易。现在中国智能手机行业竞争多了，这对消费者来说是好事。市场竞争逼着企业做出越来越好的产品，去赢得消费者的心。不过，究竟什么是“好”，这个越来越难以判断。
在4年前，中国智能手机行业刚刚起步的时候，中国手机用户正处在从功能手机逐步换机到智能手机的时代。那个时候智能手机产品不透明，消费者不明白到底什么样的智能手机更好，大家挑选一款手机更多的还是在挑外观。小米从那个时候决心做手机，决心推动行业透明，把手机里面的门门道道都摆出来，晒给大家看。CPU有多快，内存有多大，相机有多少像素…在那个时候，有了这些主要的参数，消费者就能对当时的智能手机做出最基本的判断。
短短4年时间，中国手机市场发生了翻天覆地的变化，小米从一个刚刚创业的小公司，一跃成为了中国第一大智能手机生产商。在小米的努力下，这个行业已经非常透明，每一款新手机的推出，无论是国产品牌还是国际品牌，消费者对手机的基本性能参数都了如指掌，如数家珍。但是，当我们再前进一步的时候我们发现，新问题来了。
在今天，简单的参数已经不足以反应一款高端手机的所有性能和用户体验了。
大家都知道跑百米，从20秒跑到15秒，很容易，全世界很多人都能做到。从15秒跑到13秒，那就只剩下一些身体好的年轻小伙子了。从13秒跑到11秒，那都是专业运动员，要想跑到10秒以内，那些人掰着手指头都能数得过来。还有句说法叫一分钱一分货，两毛钱两分货，三块钱三分货。这都反映了我们在任何一个行业内的进步和提高，都会越来越困难，代价高昂。
在智能手机经历了从无到有的初级阶段以后，这个行业的每一点点进步，都非常艰难。从没有前置摄像头到有，这个很容易，从低像素到高像素，这个也不是很难。但是当大家都是高像素，性能品质看起来都还不错的时候，怎么样更好一点点，怎么样精益求精，这个可就相当困难了。
而且，不但做起来难，让用户理解，更难。
今天，我想做一款真正的好手机，绝不偷工减料，绝不妥协成本，尽我所能，用领先的技术和创新，去追求一个最极致的产品。小米Note从立项到推出，经历了整整2年。小米Note顶配版，又跳票了快两个月。我们穷尽小米公司的工程师、设计师的智慧，以及我们合作伙伴、供应商的工程技术人员的努力，全力打造了一款我非常喜欢的产品。然而，当我拿着小米Note顶配版这款产品的时候，我发现无数个关乎性能和用户体验的细节上的创新和改进，其实很难用简单的参数来展现。
之前我曾经写过一段文章说，做小米Note这样的高端机型是因为我们的用户需要。现在，我们拿出了自己高端系列中机皇机型——小米Note顶配版，并且定价在2999元。我可以更清晰地解释，我们认为高端并不等于高价，高端的定义应该是在最强的配置基础上，不惜成本的提升工艺和体验。只有体验，才是检验高端机型的唯一标准。

我决定，用一场“赏鉴会”，来代替传统的独角戏一样的发布会。我不再追求演讲的舞台效果，不控制时间，就一个目的：让你亲眼看一看，亲手试一试。阳光屏到底是什么效果？为什么阳光屏能让你的视觉体验大幅度提升？都是4G内存，小米Note顶配版的4G内存为什么快？摄像头，看参数都是几百万上千万像素，但是他们背后还有那些东西在决定它们成像质量？为什么小米Note的拍照在阳光下不容易过曝，在夜晚噪点很少？为什么女孩子说用小米Note的前置摄像头自拍会“美到哭”？听音乐的HiFi功能，为什么我们要增加二级稳压供电和新的8颗松下音频电容？为什么小米Note顶配版的快速充电技术可以做到一小时充满70%的电池？为什么记者带着小米Note顶配版去做录音采访的时候会非常爽？
好多好多的问题，好多好多的细节，我是跟在场的300多个记者朋友讲清楚了，讨论明白了。接下来，如何让更多的想要了解这些细节的用户也能深入的理解这款产品的精致和强悍，就拜托这些记者朋友了。

　　既然为高端旗舰，一定是极致工艺与强劲配置的组合，首先我们来对比一下这两款手机的外观。

　　系统方面应该是小米的强项，MIUI经过了诸多的版本迭代，其在功能性和易用性上都非常完善，而EUI则为后来者，虽然前期挖了诸多友商的人去做这套UI，但能否和MIUI一决高下，下面我们来对比一下。

　　MIUI的云服务也是很多人喜欢它的一点，可以云备份联系人、短信等内容，当你更换了另一款搭载MIUI的手机，只需下载一下，所有内容都回来了，非常方便。EUI也有自己的云服务，并将备份通讯录，照片，和购买乐视视频相关内容集成到了一起。
　　大屏幕手机的单手操作问题一直很受关注，在这两款系统中，MIUI内置了单手操作模式，通过缩小屏幕显示尺寸达到单手可控的效果，而EUI未针对大屏幕进行任何单手操作优化，一旦手掌碰到屏幕边缘，便无法进行任何操作，即便是双手握持，打字的时候仍然很容易出现误触的问题，实在是痛苦。
　　总的来说MIUI在功能性上拥有更大的优势，各方面内容非常丰富，EUI在这方面还有一些发展空间，而缺少单手操作优化是首先需要解决的问题。

现在已经过去了九个多月，除了小米电视在内容上有所充实以外，在手机端几乎没什么发展，仅内置了视频APP，而内容也并不多。目前来看，小米的10亿元主要用在了投资视频相关公司，其先后入股了爱奇艺、优酷土豆和华策影视。

而乐视早前作为一家视频网站，拥有强大的视频资源，除了拥有张艺谋，陆川等知名导演之外，我们所熟知的《小时代》，《我想和你好好的》等均是乐视参与拍摄的。
其实这些全都不重要，重要的是，在乐Max上，只要你想看视频，只需用最少的步骤，就能获得精准的视频内容推送，而且如果购买了乐视的会员，还可以获得视频定向流量，没有Wi-Fi也能轻松观影。而这些，都是小米Note顶配版在现在远远无法做到的。

综合上面几点，小米Note拥有更加精湛的工艺和好用的系统，而乐Max在性能拍照方面胜出一筹，而观影方面更是拥有压倒性的优势。同时在文章中没有提到的一点就是，乐Max拥有指纹识别，这在今年被越来越多的手机所配备，在未来指纹也会有更多的应用，而小米Note顶配版并不配备。

因此虽然之前我百般看好小米Note顶配版，但是在诸多对比之后，我还是觉得拥有指纹识别、搭载IMX230、跑分六万+、拥有强大视频资源的乐Max更值得购买。当然也更期待小米的10亿元能给小米手机在移动端带来一些翻天覆地的变化。
