不行的，系统文件夹是只读的，单纯用文件管理器是无法更改的，需用root把文件夹改成读写才可以改，但我不想root.....
所以就是不行，只能root你是要改什么？不行的话可以通过安装app弥补

a development team known as cynogenmod who modify the stock android and there is a lot of potential to heavily costumise the software to your own liking weather it be cosmetic changes and or other...the user interface is smooth and is basically a very good variation of stock android software...it is a very good phone for all developers and modders who like to tailor their phones to their own specs and align it to their own personality
