我2014年被捷信公司忽悠贷款7000元，当时说的是一分三的利息，分24期还，结果还了8个月后感觉不对。每个月552元，加起来就是本息13248，后来我打电话问客服利息怎么那么高，客服竟然说跟我说是分36期。每个月有贷款管理费和服务费，按这个来算借7千我要还19872元，3年超出了本金两倍多。还带欺骗性质，像这种贷款管理费和服务费是个什么东西都不清楚，为什么这样的高利贷还可以在中国存活？会害死很多人。还要打电话威逼恐吓老人家，朋友兄弟。求解，为什么？
