因为红米本身内存就不大啊。还有卸载一些软件，屏蔽一些开机自启动软件

楼主刷的是什么ROM呢？第三方的，还是官方的？先重新强刷一遍试试！！！如果不行，刷回官方稳定的REC吧！
强制关机，再开就好了。
