CFRP层合板各种形状试样的加工方法
有些什么设备或方法可以实现单向CFRP试样各种形状、尺寸的机械加工？
需要制备单向CFRP的各种小试样用于测试力学、热学性能，求助各位虫友：
1、需要将模压或真空袋压得到的，如250mm长，250mm宽，的单向CFRP层合板加工为长条形试样，如250mm长，25mm宽。（力学测试）
2、将前述的单向CFRP加工为φ10mm，厚2-4mm的小圆片。其中厚度方向与纤维轴向夹角在0-90°之间。（热导率测试）
3、将前述的单向CFRP加工为φ5mm，高25mm的小圆柱。圆柱轴向与纤维轴向夹角为0°和90°。当然截面为边长5mm的方形亦可。（热膨胀系数测试）
PS：制备获得的单向CFRP层合板厚度一般在1-3mm之间，更大厚度的获取比较繁琐。
材料制备不难，试样制备不易，真是伤不起。
目前基本靠锯子锯、树脂粘、砂纸磨等等。但是：一不知道锯子锯对复合材料内部结构会有多大程度的影响，且锯子锯小尺寸样品时容易分层、散开；二树脂固化粘贴的方法获取大厚度的方法不太可靠；三砂纸打磨太坑爹，而且形状不规整。尝试过线切割制备小尺寸试样，但材料分层严重，基本行不通。
请教高人：有些什么设备可以实现上述试样形状、尺寸的机械加工？或什么测试方法可以降低上述试样尺寸的加工难度？

&&T700和T800 UD-CFRP层板的切削力和比切削能都是定向的,在相同纤维取向角的条件下,切削T800的切削力和比切削能更大;随着切削速度增加,主切削力和切深抗力下降,比能量图迅速减小,表明降低切削能耗,可以改善CFRP的可加工性。随着切削深度的增加,主切削力和切深抗力呈现出上升趋势,但比切削能图变窄,表明可加工性提高。
