& && && &今年我56岁，好多年前就一直有个梦想，在我有生之年趁还能走得动时候，能自驾游一趟西藏，平时有事没事也经常浏览有关自驾游西藏的贴子，首先关心的还是高原对身体的影响和路况对汽车的要求，当充分了解了这些以后，鼓足勇气从2016年上半年开始就在网上约伴同行，一次很好的机会两车7人结伴成功，终于在日待装出发，西藏之旅就此拉开序幕，至9月13日历时25天，我们终于如愿以偿圆满完成实现了多年的愿望。在此也非常感谢一起去的阿发、老鹰、小虞、小冯，阿宇、小张、小聂，大家互相帮助，相互理解，使我们的这次西藏之旅得以顺利完成。

▲早上起来走出宾馆，首先映入眼帘的是这个高高的电视发射塔，也不知自己身处成都的哪个位置，半夜摸黑进城不知道方向 在成都因为我们还要等一个人从浙江乘飞机过来，可能要明天的晚上才到成都，所以大家有二天时间可以先在成都玩玩逛逛，享受成都小吃点心，采购一些进藏的防护用品。

▲晚上八点赶到了美丽的康定城，灯光灿烂，对面整座山都亮着一闪一闪的灯光，非常漂亮。一首熟悉动听的康定情歌就是出自这里，奔流不息的折多河与雅拉河会合，穿过康定城在郭达山下汇合流向大渡河
▲这是茶马古道的背夫雕塑。以前康定城是茶马古道的必经关口，这里汇聚各式各样的人，这些塑像就是反映当时茶马古道的背夫形象。康定城是甘 孜藏族自治州州府所在地，是甘 孜州经济、政治、文化的中心，自古就是藏区通往中原地区的门户。它是茶马古道上的一个重要通道，可以想象当年有多少马帮商贾从这里经过，在这里停驻、交易，或去到更远的地方，与异邦交换他们的货物。
▲第二天旱上在康定城内走了一圈，有点累了，息一息，表情有点沉闷是吧，脸色也不太好，应该是高反。我们每个人昨晚开始都有身体不舒的感觉，头胀、胸闷、喘气。现在海拨2395米，希望身体快点适应高原，不再折磨

▲高尔寺山口到了。高尔寺山是318国道上的景点之一，垭口海拔4412。位于新都桥与雅江之间，上山的路公路不是很好走，如果说折多山是康巴第一关的话, 那么高尔寺山则是康巴第二关, 而且它是纵览大雪山（雅拉神山, 折多山, 和贡嘎神山）的最佳位置之一

▲东达山到了。东达山位于西藏左贡县境内，垭口海拔标高5008米，为川藏南线上第二高垭口，山的一边是的澜沧江，山的另一边是左贡县。这里是生命禁区，不能多呆留，稍作运动就会急喘气，还伴有胸闷隐隐作痛，我们赶紧拍了几张照片就匆匆忙忙下山了。这里每年的十月底到次年二月是雪的世界，人和车都是过不来的，318是中国不多的冬季要断路的国道，这也是它迷人的地方。昨天路过的朋友就说，这里下雪了

D15：9月7日 五道梁――格尔木（青藏线，全程285km）

& && && &今年我56岁，好多年前就一直有个梦想，在我有生之年趁还能走得动时候，能自驾游一趟西藏，平时有事没事也经常浏览有关自驾游西藏的贴子，首先关心的还是高原对身体的影响和路况对汽车的要求，当充分了解了这些以后，鼓足勇气从2016年上半年开始就在网上约伴同行，一次很好的机会两车7人结伴成功，终于在日待装出发，西藏之旅就此拉开序幕，至9月13日历时25天，我们终于如愿以偿圆满完成实现了多年的愿望。在此也非常感谢一起去的阿发、老鹰、小虞、小冯，阿宇、小张、小聂，大家互相帮助，相互理解，使我们的这次西藏之旅得以顺利完成。

▲早上起来走出宾馆，首先映入眼帘的是这个高高的电视发射塔，也不知自己身处成都的哪个位置，半夜摸黑进城不知道方向 在成都因为我们还要等一个人从浙江乘飞机过来，可能要明天的晚上才到成都，所以大家有二天时间可以先在成都玩玩逛逛，享受成都小吃点心，采购一些进藏的防护用品。

▲晚上八点赶到了美丽的康定城，灯光灿烂，对面整座山都亮着一闪一闪的灯光，非常漂亮。一首熟悉动听的康定情歌就是出自这里，奔流不息的折多河与雅拉河会合，穿过康定城在郭达山下汇合流向大渡河
▲这是茶马古道的背夫雕塑。以前康定城是茶马古道的必经关口，这里汇聚各式各样的人，这些塑像就是反映当时茶马古道的背夫形象。康定城是甘 孜藏族自治州州府所在地，是甘 孜州经济、政治、文化的中心，自古就是藏区通往中原地区的门户。它是茶马古道上的一个重要通道，可以想象当年有多少马帮商贾从这里经过，在这里停驻、交易，或去到更远的地方，与异邦交换他们的货物。
▲第二天旱上在康定城内走了一圈，有点累了，息一息，表情有点沉闷是吧，脸色也不太好，应该是高反。我们每个人昨晚开始都有身体不舒的感觉，头胀、胸闷、喘气。现在海拨2395米，希望身体快点适应高原，不再折磨

▲第二个山口卡子拉山口到了。卡子拉山，位于四川省境内，海拔4米。因海拔较高，树木稀少，主要是高山草甸。在这里看山，层峦叠嶂，像是行走在‘天路’之上。汽车在卡子拉山上开，仿佛感觉不出它是高山，好象是到了美丽的牧场，这里遍地牛羊，蓝天白云，让人心旷神怡。

▲一路过来发现每个城镇个体药店带门诊的特别多，可能也是会游客提供服务方便吧，当地百姓也喜欢到这样的店内治病买药，应该也是图个方便和便宜吧

▲半路上碰到金华一对夫妻开着小吉普，带着一条金毛大狗，也是去西藏旅游的，因为算是碰到老乡了，大家也很聊得来，所以他们也加入了我们的队伍，三部车一起向前。本来还有一辆绍兴的车，说好一起走的，对讲机也给了他们，但他们开得实在太快了，几个小时后就失联了，对讲机也给他们带走了。

▲前面领的限速单要在这交给这个检查站，因为路况不好我们也开得很慢，再加上刚才遛狗玩，时间上已不成问题，很快顺利通过。
▲自驾西藏就怕落石，有些路况不好还可以慢慢开，避开坑洼都可以，落石真是防不胜防，谁在开车会知道顶上有落石要下来，等你发现肯定为时晚矣。

▲东达山到了。东达山位于西藏左贡县境内，垭口海拔标高5008米，为川藏南线上第二高垭口，山的一边是的澜沧江，山的另一边是左贡县。这里是生命禁区，不能多呆留，稍作运动就会急喘气，还伴有胸闷隐隐作痛，我们赶紧拍了几张照片就匆匆忙忙下山了。这里每年的十月底到次年二月是雪的世界，人和车都是过不来的，318是中国不多的冬季要断路的国道，这也是它迷人的地方。昨天路过的朋友就说，这里下雪了

▲回到大本营也有人会选择在停车场过夜，等明天天气好了继续上去观看，一回到停车场就会有藏民向你招手，推荐住他们的帐篷，这些帐篷都是藏民自己搭的，卫生条件可想而知，吃住在里面大都数人还是不会习惯的，但最主要的还是这里5200米的海拨太高，晚上睡觉对身体会带来危险

▲晚上9点爬上山顶看到了这块牌子，我说怎么胸闷不舒服，原来是5300米海拨，这个高度是我们进藏以来最高的海拨了，大家开始有点紧张了，一方面不知道这条路需要爬那么高的山，前方路况怎么样还需要开多少路心里都没个底，另一方天色已晚下山路又不好走，右边是没有护栏的悬崖峭壁，稍有闪失后果不堪设想。

▲到达中途五道梁休息时已是半夜12点了，雪也下得很大，几个在吃饭的警察提议我们不要再往前开了，翻越昆仑山口会有危险，为了安全起见我们只得在此过夜，匆匆吃了些饭就在很简陋的又没水和卫生间的旅馆过了一夜，这一晚又冷又脏，脸不洗，牙不刷，脚不洗一直熬到天亮。
D15：9月7日 五道梁――格尔木（青藏线，全程285km）
▲早上起来继续赶路，运气不错，一早就看到了藏羚羊在雪地里觅食的场景，据说10个人中有5个人能运气看到藏羚羊，我们今天的运气看来不错。

▲中午我们总算到达昆仑山口，昆仑山口位于青海西南部，昆仑山中段，格尔木市区南160公里处，是青海、甘肃两省通往西藏的必经之地，也是青藏公路上的一大关隘，因山谷隘口而得名，亦称“昆仑山垭口。

▲“茶卡”是藏语，意即盐池，也就是青海的盐，茶卡盐湖是柴达木盆地有名的天然结晶盐湖。盐粒晶大质纯，盐味醇香，是理想的食用盐。茶卡盐湖所在的青海省海西洲是浙江援建的，为了表达对浙江援青的感谢，海西州旅游部门发布公告，浙江籍游客（凭有效证件）游览茶卡盐湖可免门票，且各星级酒店将对浙江籍游客在住宿方面给予最大优惠，所以我们是免门票费的。
