展开全部可以。法律规定同城快递超3天、异地快递超7天不到，算彻底延误时限，消费者应获延误赔偿。赔偿为免除本次服务费用 ，由于延误导致内件直接价值丧失，应按照快件丢失或损毁进行赔偿。损毁或丢失的，除免服务费外，信件类快件按服务费的两倍赔偿。承运人有在之前约定好的期间内或者合理的期间内将快递安全运输到达的义务，若快递未能按时送达，寄件人可以要求承运人承担违约责任，依据寄送快递时的赔偿协议条款上的内容对保价邮件进行相应的赔偿，具体的赔偿数额视双方约定以及所寄快递的价值、造成的损失而定。快递丢了赔偿的标准：1、对于已经保价的邮件，直接按照保价额进行赔偿即可；2、对于没有保价的邮件，按照实际损失进行赔偿，但需要注意的是，赔偿的最高额度不能超过收取邮费的三倍。如果是挂号信件丢失又或者是损毁的，可以按照收取邮费的三倍予以赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国邮政法实施细则》第四十六条邮政企业对平常邮件的损失不承担赔偿责任。但是，邮政企业因故意或者重大过失造成平常邮件损失的除外。第四十七条邮政企业对给据邮件的损失依照下列规定赔偿：（一）保价的给据邮件丢失或者全部损毁的，按照保价额赔偿;部分损毁或者内件短少的，按照保价额与邮件全部价值的比例对邮件的实际损失予以赔偿。（二）未保价的给据邮件丢失、损毁或者内件短少的，按照实际损失赔偿，但最高赔偿额不超过所收取资费的三倍，挂号信件丢失、损毁的，按照所收取资费的三倍予以赔偿。邮政企业应当在营业场所的告示中和提供给用户的给据邮件单据上，以足以引起用户注意的方式载明前款规定。邮政企业因故意或者重大过失造成给据邮件损失，或者未履行前款规定义务的，无权援用本条第一款的规定限制赔偿责任。已赞过已踩过你对这个回答的评价是？评论
