如图，求大神帮忙解答，谢谢。实际上我把问题简化了。整个表很大，A列是月份，B列是部门名字，C列是人名。我问题的意思是统计特定月份中某个部门里几人有出现，重复出现的人不计入（比如用countifs函数可以得出符合月份1，部门6的人有4个，但是4个里面有1个重复的，应该是总共出现3个人，我就想看能不能用函数得出这个3来）因为是数据很多的报表，每天都会新增数据并且报送出去，用数据透视表不太现实，只能用函数把结果计算出来展示。

展开全部事实上，这个可以组成个数组。用数组公式来处理，思路是，把AB列合并，判断AB合并后是否等于字符串16，如果等于，则返回C列的值，否则返回空值。用large或者small函数把非空值数组提取到相应单元格区域里边。然后粘贴成数值再去重。当然， 用VBA处理起来效果更好。可以自动处理。展开全部其实用分类汇总、数据透视表都能很快地解决问题。当然，用函数也能解决，可你对函数掌握的不够。
