西藏免试专升本免试条件：退役大学生士兵可申请免试参加专升本招生，报考的本科专业应与就读的高职(专科)专业同属于一个学科门类，所学专业基础课程相同或相近。考生免于参加文化课考试，但招生院校应根据专业人才培养要求，结合考生志愿、高职(专科)在校期间成绩、服役期间表现等情况进行综合评价，择优录取。招生院校不得以任何理由拒绝符合条件考生。具体免试要求各招生院校应招生简章中明确。　　录取　　在自治区招生考试委员会的统一领导下，由自治区教育考试院和各招生院校组织实施。录取实行计算机远程网上录取，各招生院校实行远程异地录取方式开展录取工作。录取工作实行“学校负责、招办监督”的录取体制。严禁超计划录取，严禁拒绝录取符合条件考生。　　1.批次设置。设置“建档立卡大学生专项”、“普通考生”、“退役大学生士兵专项”三个批次。　　2.投档原则。按照各招生院校录取规则并根据考生报名、志愿、成绩等情况划定分数线，按照分数线上考生考试成绩从高分到低分投档。总分相同时，按专业基础成绩高低排序;总分、专业基础成绩相同时，按大学语文成绩高低排序;当出现考生总分、单科成绩完全相同，所填报志愿也完全相同情况，采取全部投档处理。生源不足时，进行网上征集志愿录取。　　3.建档立卡大学生。建档立卡大学生优先在建档立卡大学生专项计划内从高分到低分投档，投档原则参照普通考生，未被录取的建档立卡大学生可根据填报志愿参与下一批次“普通考生”录取。　　4.退役大学生士兵。退役大学生士兵按照招生院校招生简章规定的录取标准、原则和程序单独录取。　　5.不得改录补录。已被高校正式录取的考生，一律不得改录。录取工作结束后不再安排补录。　　6.公示。招生院校须对拟录取的考生名单在学校官方网站公示，公示时间为7天。}
