data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/853a2e19b74efb736b367f82167c5ede_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&当你发现名片是一张纸，那么它的可能性就变得无穷大了。因为一张纸可以是一个工具（纸巾），可以是一个玩具（数独游戏），可以是一个媒体（报纸）、可以是一种货币（纸币）等等。它可以有任何的可能性，只要能够传达品牌价值。&/p&&br&&p&忘掉在一张纸上写公司名字、地址、邮箱、电话吧——你给对方提供了什么价值让他记住你？&br&&/p&&br&&p&从这个本质来想，如果每次介绍自己的时候，直接双手递上一张写了自己名字的100元人民币，应该效果是最好的吧。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/bfda2ab488fc1b1f6f32a_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&但总觉得这样还不够好——因为对方依然是被动接受名片的过程，就好像被老师灌输知识一样。怎样让对方可以主动学习、主动了解你的公司和产品呢？&br&&br&&p&于是我们再次调整，最终重新设计了这样的「一件事」：&/p&&br&&blockquote&&p&&strong&“你好，这是我的名片，可以用来在门店直接兑换一种口味的酸奶。”&br&&/strong&&/p&&p&&strong&“我们的口味有四种，你可以挑选一个你最喜欢的。”&br&&/strong&&/p&&/blockquote&&figure&&img 就是这个简单的设计，会引导每个人都进入这样的互动。&/p&&br&&p&人生嘛，有选择总是很开心的。&/p&&br&&p&更有趣的是，在一些行业大会上，经常会有人在拿到乐纯的名片后，再招呼更多朋友来主动跟我们换名片。&/p&&figure&&img src=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/28d90b93f248f6b399cb3ce481b2d72b_b.jpg& data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/28d90b93f248f6b399cb3ce481b2d72b_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&最终的结果是，当大部分其它名片都进入垃圾筒时，「这件小事」帮助破冰、让合作方主动来记住了品牌、并尝试产品。或许很多人都忘了，这原来是一张“鸡肋”的名片。&/p&&br&&p&－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－&br&&/p&&br&&p&&strong&思考二：美味食物的本质是？&/strong&&br&&/p&&br&&p&接下来进入乐纯的核心产品设计，从最重要的食物本身开始说起。&/p&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/e1a09e3edcf32ab1fc042_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&在设计乐纯酸奶的过程中，我们推崇使用最好的天然食材。这不仅仅是因为健康，更因为天然食材对味蕾的刺激最为柔和恰当，这是人工合成成分往往难以比拟的。&br&&/p&&br&&p&但任何一种单一的刺激都有边际递减的效应，所以「层次感」就显得特别重要。厨师们讲的「外脆里嫩」、「入口即化」、「回香甘甜」，都是在追求这种层次感。&br&&/p&&br&&p&众多料理界的明星、米其林餐厅的主厨们为了实现那种让人惊艳的美味，将不同的天然食材叠加，让看似小只精致的食物的每一口都充满立体感。这也是乐纯设计食物时的经验之谈。&/p&&br&&p&&i&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/65b41891f10cdbc8f694a56ae630dccf_r.jpg&&&/figure&米其林三星餐厅的一道用10种食材做成的开胃菜。&/i&&/p&&br&&p&再以酸奶为例。&br&&/p&&br&&p&在我们去年底开始设计酸奶时，我们发现市面上有300多款不同的酸奶，但大家似乎都默认：“酸奶嘛，就应该是一杯发酵好的奶，搅拌均匀，第一口到最后一口都是一样的。”&/p&&br&&p&&i&&figure&&img src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/f7278b3bcb22184aff3df1f8f70ec712_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&1000& data-rawheight=&886& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&1000& data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/f7278b3bcb22184aff3df1f8f70ec712_r.jpg&&&/figure&一碗人们默认定义中的酸奶。&/i&&/p&&br&&p&而我们认为这种惯性思维的「默认」是可以被打破的。以椰子玫瑰轻餐酸奶为例，我们尝试实现米其林主厨追求的那种「天然层次感」。&/p&&br&&p&作为一款凝固型酸奶，用户吃到的第一口是一层奶皮，就好像嚼到奶酪一样。第二口则是椰奶发酵成的酸奶，主旋律是椰香。第三口就会吃到天然玫瑰花瓣，花瓣的嚼劲与椰香又是不同纬度上的刺激。越往下挖，玫瑰花酱就会更加浓郁，到第五、第六口的时候，偏甜的玫瑰酱在口中就会产生花香萦绕的感觉。&/p&&br&&p&&i&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/d6fbf0d168b1dbe357a2fbc0_r.jpg&&&/figure&乐纯椰子玫瑰酸奶的横切面设计手稿。&/i&&/p&&br&&p&当然，大部分的吃客并不会感受到这种设计。他只会在挖了几口后说：&br&&/p&&br&&p&“我擦！真TM好吃啊。”&/p&&br&&p&这时你就知道你的设计成功了。&/p&&br&&p&－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－&br&&/p&&br&&p&&strong&思考三：食品包装的本质是？&/strong&&/p&&br&&p&做食品包装容易陷入一种思维定势的怪圈套：好像食品的包装就应该有吸引人眼球的视觉，突出品牌Logo，如果是烤肉味的食物，就要放一块大大的烤肉。当然，如果有一些美感，那就更好。&/p&&br&&p&而我们认为正确的思考应该是这样的：&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-original=&https://pic6.zhimg.com/ef3_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&对于很多人来说，短途出差或旅行，拿旅行箱的可能性会多点，毕竟是有轮子的，不需要手里拿着，可以轻松点，这个世界还是懒人居多。&/p&&p&只是，旅行箱也有不如意的地方：&/p&&ul&&li&&p&即便是小的登机箱，其特征很明显，就是出差用的，用途比较单一。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&有轮子虽然拖行比手里拿着轻松，只是对机场之类光滑平坦的路面比较合适，碰到欧洲很多城市都是那种石子或石块做成的路（上海叫弹格子路）就没法好好拖行了，包括上下台阶、积水，可能还会损坏你心爱的旅行箱。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&所谓静音轮子只是针对平面而已，在不平的路面拖行，那轮子的声音还是吵杂，这种时候实在没法优雅得起来。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&旅行箱携带是方便，但拿东西并不方便，必需放平了才能打开，无论在路上还是办公室，只要你打开行李箱，里面放什么东西全都曝光，谈不上隐私，也谈不上优雅，只有你到了宾馆或家里才能定定心心的打开、整理、取东西。&/p&&/li&&/ul&&p&长途旅行东西多没办法，需要大点的箱子才够装，但是作为二、三天的短途旅行或出差，建议还是用旅行包比较好，特别是穿正装的男人。男人带个小小的、带轮子的旅行箱还是有点娘，万一去到客户办公室带了箱子也不方便，形象也没啥好。&/p&&br&&p&而用旅行包的好处则是显而易见：&/p&&ul&&li&&p&容量大，比同体积的硬质旅行箱装东西多，电影里抢银行的必备包袋。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&用途广泛，不单可以短途旅行出差使用，更可以作为平时上下班用，如果你需要带的东西比较多的话，去到哪儿都不会扎眼。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&你平时工作是正装，下班有去健身房锻炼的习惯，带个尼龙运动包袋有点太过不讲究，这是就可以用一个漂亮的旅行包放置运动衣物。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&取放东西方便，一般旅行包的开口都是向上的。&br&&/p&&/li&&li&&p&比较man，还可以拗造型，不同方式的拿或背可以摆出不同的照型。&/p&&/li&&/ul&&p&旅行包的短处只有一个，就是需要拿在手里，虽然有配背带，但是拿在手里比较好看，别和我说你拿不动。另外，抱女孩子时只能用一只手，不过你可以扔地上嘛，这时候包不重要。&/p&&br&&p&&strong&旅行包的定义：&/strong&&/p&&p&旅行包一般都比正常上班用的包大，通常有拉链和把手，有个选配的背带，包的底部会比较大，能自己站的住。包里面一般只有小的内袋，没有隔层，方便你放置体积比较大的衣物。&/p&&p&中文里旅行包的含义很广，凡是比普通包大的都可以叫旅行包。英文里上对于短途旅行用的包的叫法很多。&/p&&p&英国人比较特别，大多叫 Holdall，有时候小一点的叫overnight bag，大一点的叫 Weekend bag 或 Weekender， 定义都很明确，就是给你一到三天用的包。&br&&/p&&p&而你和美国人说 holdall 他们一般不会知道是什么，美国人一般叫做 Duffle Bag。&br&&/p&&p&以上叫法的款式通常会比较休闲。比较正式商务型的一般会叫 Travel bag，欧洲很多地方对这种包的统称也会叫 Travel bag。&br&&/p&&br&&p&&strong&顶级经典之旅行包的选择：&/strong&&/p&&ul&&li&&p&特殊皮质太贵，太稀少，属于不差钱阶层适用，不在本文讨论范畴。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&面料选用各种牛皮、帆布等天然材质为佳，特别是我在&a Bridle皮，厚实耐用，适合比较正式商务的场合，缺点是会有点重。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&休闲版的可以选择防水帆布，会稍微轻一点，这种是属于优雅版的休闲，穿休闲西服夹克也可以拿。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&优雅漂亮的男包应简洁干净实用，没有过多装饰和图案以及明显Logo，没有搞怪设计，没有华而不实的所谓功能设计。&br&&/p&&/li&&li&&p&一般而言，包的形状越硬朗挺直就越正式优雅，一般旅行包都比较大，里面东西没放满的话很容易没型瘪掉，所以不建议选择尼龙、软布等材料，没型，放地上软啪啪的站都站不直。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&包内一定要有内衬，不能是裸皮裸奔，高档包不会外表好看而不注重内里细节。&br&&/p&&/li&&li&&p&如果是喜欢走正装优雅路线的慎选美式粗旷风格的包，很多美式包的皮质很喜欢那种不均匀的质感，但会感觉脏兮兮的，越用越脏，美式帆布包也是。&/p&&/li&&li&&p&其它品质选择要点请参看&a
