上饶：德兴大队围绕“点、线、面”密集擂响流火七月交通安全宣传“战鼓”
&&&&&&&& 七月流火，天气炎热异常。为深入推进&文明行动计划&，德兴市交警大队以当前正在开展的&十大整治&行动为切入点，围绕安全宣传工作中的&点、线、面&三个支点，在炎热天气再添一把&干柴&，密集擂响流火七月交通安全宣传&战鼓&。
&&&&&&&& 一、认真做好重点运输企业宣传这个&点&。大队每月上旬定期组织宣传民警深入客货运企业、危化品运输企业等运输单位开展一次交通安全宣传活动，给广大驾驶人播放交通宣传光碟，讲授交通安全知识、发放宣传手册，有针对性地对客运、货运及危化品运输驾驶人开展交通安全宣传，增强他们的责任意识，使其自觉遵守交通法规，坚决做到不开&疲劳、超员超速&车，开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车，安全驾驶，文明行车。
&&&&&&&& 二、认真做好重点公路沿线宣传这条&线&。大队充分发挥各路面中队民警路面执勤执法优势，要求他们在辖区人员密集场所、公路沿线集中开展交通安全宣传，努力通过张贴宣传画、发放宣传单、悬挂宣传横幅等方式，进一步提高广大群众的交通安全意识，营造浓厚的交通安全宣传氛围。
&&&&&&&& 三、认真做实各类广告媒体宣传这个&面&。一是完善辖区路段交通安全宣传广告设置，加强公共场所的宣传力度，定期在辖区重点路口、路段摆放交通安全宣传板，播放交通安全宣传片、悬挂宣传标语和横幅，着力发挥其宣传辐射作用，切实增强广大交通参与者的交通安全意识。二是积极加强与德兴报、德兴电视台、德兴人民广播电台、中国铜都德兴网等新闻媒体的合作，着力构建&报纸、电视、广播、互联网&四位一体的交通安全媒体宣传网络。三是定期组织民警上路开展&文明劝导&、&温馨提示&等活动，能力通过言传身教，去影响身边人、去带动身边人，养成良好的文明出行习惯，同做文明人，共创文明和谐城。
