软件老是重启，第三方的话就试一下卸载重装。系统自带的话，就卸载吧，有时候更新后会出现问题，再不行的话就刷RUU，原系统才是真正的安全稳定！并不关root什么事。

1、SHIP SOFF---是指白卡解锁，SHIP SON----是指未解锁；2、查看是否SOFF需要进入Fastboot界面：机器是白卡解锁的，第一行显示 VIVO PVT SHIP S-OFF RL；没有解锁的机器，第一行显示VIVO PVT SHIP S-ON RL；3、S-OFF有的作用：可以随意刷各种官方/非官方版本的RUU/ROM。可以在root以后用re文件管理器等工具删除掉系统自带软件，或者替换系统文件。

Hi there !
Many people here want to be S-OFF on their HTC Desire but don't know how to be, this thread is for you !

What is S-OFF ?
(Quotes from original AlphaRev website)
HTC implemented security on their newer generation phones. This flag, called @secuflag, controls whether your phone has
it's NAND or flash unlocked. Most noticeably, S-ON (security on) will read-lock your /system and /recovery partition, to name a few. Also, secuflag controls whether zip files being flashed through recovery or fastboot, are signed by HTC.
The now notorious S-OFF (security off) will disable this NAND security.
Since we are unable to access the Radio NVRAM itself (where secuflag is stored), we turned our attention to HBOOT.
For more informations about AlphaRev S-OFF, read the OFFICIAL Thread .
There is many solutions to install S-OFF, this tutorial will show you few methods.
TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I'am not responsible of bricked phone, for more help try the .
PREREQUISITES :
a ROOTed HTC Desire ROM with debugging option enabled on it.
a computer running Windows XP/Vista/Seven (32 or 64 bits), Linux, or Emulation via WMware etc.
a computer which can boot USB devices (for USB method only)
a branded USB Key 32Mb or more (for USB method) or a CD to burn (for CD method).
EASIEST method so far seems to be now by && method.
Please check this out before trying solutions below (they are manual and maybe outdated, because I don't have the time keep updated this topic, moreover I don't own anymore a HTC Desire).
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES :
.: USB METHOD :.
Be sure to Nandroid backup your device from recovery (just in case).
Download the latest
Install the software of your choice.
Open it, and select your USB device and your AlphaRev ISO freshly downloaded.
Create your bootable USB key.
Reboot your computer and boot on the USB key you freshly created.
Press any key to accept the disclamer.
Once you are in your ROM, plug your Desire with the USB cable on your computer.
/!\ DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING TILL YOU GET THE FINISH MESSAGE AT STEP 3 /!\
( reports it can take over 1 hour. Passed this time, pull out the battery and reboot your phone).
The USB key method worked 100% for me, I personally installed my S-OFF exactly like that on my Desire.

Congratulations ! you are done !
Note : If for some unknown reasons you cannot access your Recovery anymore, it's normal, you must flash your Recovery using &fastboot& ( must be installed on your running computer).
You have the choice between flashing a custom recovery like ClockWork one or put the original one but I sugger you the custom one which gives you much many more features
How to flash your recovery using ClockWork's image :
for bravo.
Move the file into &C:\android-sdk-windows\tools& (default sdk android folder's installation).
Verify MD5 checksum of the image with a freeware like HashCalc or something (IMPORTANT !).
Go to the main menu of your AlphaRev HBOOT (turn on your device with return button pressed).
Go to &FASTBOOT& mode.
Go to your computer and open a new terminal (Administrator privileges required if Windows Vista or 7).
Enter exactly this (without &) : &fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.7-bravo.img&.
Now you will have a ClockWork Recovery image installed and working
Note 2 : If your device freeze on boot logo, apply your Nandroid backup that your did before S-OFF.. that should do the trick.
If one day you want to S-ON
your phone again, just reflash an original RUU rom !

3.boot from CD eg. Hold F12 at boot
4.press the Legendary enter

It's nearly the same, you don't have to install universal usb installer, however, it is Windows-only.

Yeah, I found it much easier to just burn to a rewrittable CD.
F8 on bootup to load up my boot menu, then I selected my CD Rom.

oh don't forget to put in the first post for ppl who gets stuck at stage 3 (it happen to me) just to wait for about 30 minutes or more (don't know exactly how long, just for safety), and then pull out the battery and reboot the phone...
many ppl report it work....

I think I'm done with the flashing of the hboot from alpharev
But now my phone keeps rebooting to the fastboot screen.
I've tried removing the battery and rebooting again, reboot from fastboot, reboot from clockwork recovery... but i still cant boot up my rom.......
Anyone can shed me a light on what went wrong?

All options to apply S-off should be included, this is a 'how to', and this is not THE only way to do it,
personally I found virtual box the easiest method for me. I just think that some other options should be made clear to people, maybe people that have used a different method could add their own ' how to' to this thread?

Sorry to noob it up here but what are the benefits of S-OFF. im guessing it means security. does this enable us to hack the kernal? as a user who doesnt do programming but likes to mod my phone alot what could i gain out of this?

追加修改( 14:54:04):第3部分破解网络锁部分信息有误，这里补上正确的（4） 插入国内SIM卡测试解锁是否有效当手机重启完成后，插入国内的电信 SIM，就不会出现sim卡无效之类的提示了，再进行下面的教程，就可以成功上4g网络了首款拥有64位处理器的HTC Desire 510。&&HTC Desire 510机身厚度为9.9mm，重量为158g。该机采用了4.7英寸触控屏幕，其分辨率为FWVGA级别（854×480像素），内置500万后置。该机运行Android 4.4操作操作系统和Sense用户界面，支持WiFi 802.11 b/g/n。Desire 510的整体风格与高端机型One系列比较相似，运用了塑料材质，手感不错，却是巨大的指纹收集器，可拆卸的后盖、电池，同时支持micro 扩展，都是比较常规的设计。屏幕方面，HTC Desire 510的配置仅为4.7英寸840*480像素，208ppi像素密度略显粗糙，颜色方面也偏冷一些，不过日常使用还是可以满足需求的。htc升级路线图显示这机器可以在3季度升级android5.0，还是很期待的。美亚购买的超廉价机htc desire 510，国内对应型号应该是desire 610t，行货售价约900，移动定制。美亚自营现在的报价是65刀，转运到手约460，无税。&买了三台，两台白色的和一台蓝色的。分属于不同的运营商sprint和boost，但手机应该是一样的，网络制式也是。而且这手机已经可以破解啦&，破解之后可以像306sh一样完美用电信4g卡上3g，信号很稳定。3g卡只能电话短信不能上网。4g卡取消4g功能后，也能用3g上网。破解教程在文后。自带中文，可以root。用的北京ifree卡。自带4g tf卡，可更换电池，良心。搭载安卓4.4和htc sense 6.0，会在三季度升级安卓5.0虽然是廉价机，做工还是不错的，虽然是塑料，但是手感不错，不是那种滑的后盖，而是有些涩的感觉，比我的nokia 1320的手感要好。但是却是指纹收集器，很容易脏，按键手感偏软。搭载安卓4.4和最新的htc sense 6.0 ，系统很流畅，摄像头只有500w像素，效果一般，但前置摄像头很惊喜，和我的1320相比要好上很多后置摄像头 desire 510 & nokia 1320&desire&510&后置1320后置摄像头前置摄像头 desire 510 & nokia 1320desire&510&前置1320前置cpu 晓龙410+ram 1g组合，原生的htc rom，很流畅。不过讨厌的侧边栏和通知栏广告又来了，用惯了wp的真受不了这个。同时这款机子也有xda大神在做rom，目前可以刷GPE rom（谷歌原生4.4 rom），cm11等等，屏幕的ppi虽然低，但是显示效果不错，感觉和我的1320效果差不多最后优缺点总结优点是 性价比很高，能使用电信卡，无论是作为，备用机还是绑宽带用的手机都是很合适的，毕竟不到500元的售价作为一个品牌备机还是不错的，系统流畅而且自带中文，不用担心会看不懂。缺点一样明显，低分辨率，相对低端的配置，没有什么很突出的特点，而且需要相对麻烦一些的破解当然想买老人机或者是没有太高要求的备机就果断上吧~~下面是破解教程，要经过这些步骤之后，手机就可以上网了（注意：仅适用于boost版 sprint版 desire 510使用，其他版本请勿使用此教程，可能导致不可挽回后果）1破解bl2刷入recovery3手机root4刷入破解写保护内核5获取spc码6破解sim卡锁6 dfs写入数据7更改手机上网模式前言准备工作装刷机精灵，安装好手机驱动1 &破解bl锁（1）关闭手机，然后同时按音量下键和电源键（2）用音量上下键选择&FASTBOOT ，点击电源键（3）连接手机，并打开刷机精灵adb命令行（4）输入fastboot devices，你会看到诸如此类&FA4AJxxxxxxx fastboot的消息提示，证明手机已经连接上（5）然后输入fastboot oem get_identifier_token ，会获得如下的图（6）去，注册后，选择&HTC Desire型号点击begin后，出现Bootloader Instructions页面后，直接拉到最下面，点击按钮接着到此页面，复制刚才dos界面中的代码进去如同这样将上面红框的代码复制进去之后，点击submit接着htc会给你的邮箱发一个叫Unlock_code.bin 的文件（7）将这个文件放入刷机精灵的adb中 默认一般是 C:Program Files (x86)Shuame3.2.2.157&中然后输入&fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin，就可以解锁了至此，bl锁就解完了2 &刷入recovery，内核，以及root123步同上&（4）刷recovery文件，输入fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-a11.img（文件最后会打包，发在网盘里，所有文件请放入刷机精灵文件夹内）（5）启动hboot进入recovery&&&刷机精灵里adb命令里打 &adb push UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip/sdcard/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip选择 UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.40.zip并刷入（6）刷入内核&fastboot flash boot HTC-Desire-510-Modded-Kernel-v2.6.1.img下一部分将会写破解网络锁的，之后就可以用电信3g了&以下很多文字和图用自机锋 htc one 论坛3 &破解网络锁（1 ） 下载相关文件到手机中下载附件中的&HTCOMADM_SPCS.apk这个文件，无需安装，并将其拷贝到手机存储中任意位置下载RE文件管理器和SIM Unlockhelper这两个应用，并安装到手机：2 -&修改手机中的相关文件打开RE文件管理器，将手机内存的挂载模式从只读改（mount r/o)为读写(mount r/w)（2）使用RE文件管理器进入手机目录的/system/app，找到&HTCOMADM_SPCS.apk&和HTCOMADM_SPCS.odex&两个文件，暂时将他们改成其它名字（例如HTCOMADM_SPCS111.apk、HTCOMADM_SPCS111.odex等等，这个随意，后面还要改回来的）。接下来复制从本贴附件中下载的HTCOMADM_SPCS.apk&到/system/app&目录下面，然后再将手机存储的读写权限重新改为只读（mount r/o),&重启手机（3） 开始解SIM卡锁打开安装好的HTC ONE SIM Unlock Helper，这时界面会用红色字提示“htc one device check fail”.&点击右上角三个点的Menu键盘，选择&Display SIM Unlock Log&&这时系统会询问需要获取Root权限.&直接允许即可.&直接后可以看界面显示&&SIM Unlock Log&.&这里应该是空的，不会有任何记录.&然后点击返回按钮，界面中下部会显示“ Device Verified, Root Available”确认无误后点击&&start&&按钮.&如果没有意外的话,&&几秒之后我们会进入OMADM Test Client菜单将菜单滑动到底部，可以看到有个&sim lock&选项.&点击它，之后手机会定格住几秒钟无法进行其它操作，然后几秒之后恢复正常.当手机恢复正常之后,&点击返回按钮，可以看到SIM UnlockHelper会显示SIM卡解锁的结果.&如果显示Successful则证明成功了（原作者的话），实际上在我的操作过程中，没有显示这个Successful但也成功了,再次点击返回键，依旧可以看到也没显示“Device Verified, Root Available”之类的.&然后就直接重新开机。（4） 插入国内SIM卡测试解锁是否有效当手机重启完成后，插入国内的&SIM卡，电信、移动、联通均可，如果是移动和联通，则需要进入设置&&数据连接&&网络模式.&并选择仅GSM/UTMS.如果成功了，此时就会直接搜到到国内信号并且自动进行注册网络了，之后基本上国内的SIM卡就可用了，并且Sprint版的HTC M8是三网通杀，跟Verizon完全一致。（5） 善后工作接下来重新使用RE文件管理器进入手机的/system/app文件夹，并且删掉HTCOMADM_SPCS.apk&这个文件将改了名的HTCOMADM_SPCS.apk和HTCOMADM_SPCS.odex这两个文件改回来，否则可能会出现vdm客户端错误的提示。4 &破解电信3g首先获取msl密码，下载MSLUtility.apk并安装就能获取了手机拨号盘输入##3424#，手机进入DM模式，如下图：然后切换至On选项，输入刚才获取的msl密码，点击下面的Select，出现Diag enabled的信息，如下图：Diag端口已经出现，如下图：&是HTC Diagnostic Interface，请记住com，本例如图是COM5二、更改SPC打开CDMA Workshop，连接端口，这里是COM5，点击连接，如下图：切换至Terminal选项卡，在commands框内填入F70，点击send切换至Security选项卡，在Password下面的FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF处填写1219，点击Send找到SPC项，点击read，得到你的SPC，如下图：将得到的SPC改为000000，点击SPC，选择选项卡Write改写成功，如下图：接下来点击Other，R-UIM config选择R-UIM only，点Write,完成后请马上关手机重新启动，好了，开机后应该可以移动和联通卡正常使用了。接下来解锁电信卡：首先安装DFS，安装完成后打开DFS,点击Ports，选择端口，如下图：选择端口，在Pwd出填入1219，在CMD处填入F70，然后按照CMD→Pwd→SPC的顺序依次点击，这时会显示2个DEVICE UNLOCKED切换至Programing下面的Data选项卡,点击Read读取，在PAP及PPP处分别填写PPP的UID处填写，Pwd处填写vnet.mobi，其余默认不用更改，然后点击写入，请写2次，如下图：切换至Programing下面的Mobile IP选项卡，点击Read读取，将DS QcMIP改成SimpleIP，点击写入，如下图：
