二、注意事项

&#9315;采暖系统内是否有足够的水
&#9315;电源是否接通；预收费式电表请检查是否还有电量储存
&#9316;壁挂炉电源开关(ON/OFF)是否打开(是否在“I”)

&#9313;是否该龙头堵塞；检查方法是打开其他的热水龙头看有没有热水流出
如果在检查完以上各项后，壁挂炉仍然不能运行，或者在开关电源三次后壁挂炉仍然不能正常工作，请与威能公司售后服务部联系。
四、故障现象：水泵不运转，控制器报警，显示屏显示的故障代码为压力不足。
故障原因：
a)管道缺水，压力表显示管道水压不足。
b)管道系统内有大量的空气。
解决办法：
a)管道缺水进行补水；如果管道泄漏，请及时与我司联系。
b)对管道系统进行排气。

(1)使用生活热水时，水忽热忽冷，热水不稳定

七、威能壁挂炉与集中供暖切换具体操作如下：

<span STYLE="font-size:16.0mso-ascii-font-family: 宋体;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-mso-fareast-font-family:宋体;mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-mso-hansi-font-family:宋体;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor- color:#、在集中供暖结束后，如您需要继续采用壁挂炉供暖，一定不能直接打开壁挂炉的进回水阀门(锅炉下面左右两侧阀门)，需先关闭集中供暖进户总阀门，然后进行系统减压，直至系统压力小于<span STYLE="font-size:16.0mso-ascii-font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-mso-fareast-font-family:宋体;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor- mso-hansi-font-family:宋体;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-color:#.5bar，才能打开锅炉的进回水阀门(锅炉下面左右两侧阀门)。
