only to enjoy the sights, but also to hike, bike, canoe, kayak, boat, camp and

美国购物攻略—消费税
在旅游，购物是很重要的一环。
大家经常询问要去玩儿购物方面的问题，又正好在春节期间，不少朋友去的重点就是“买买买”，所以近期我们将推出一系列有关购物的内容。
今天先说说最常被问到的购物税（销售税），退税问题。
免税州和退税州
总共50个州，其中有5个州为免税州。分别是:&Oregon、Alaska、德拉维Delaware、蒙塔娜Montana、新罕New&Hampshire，New&Jersey部分免税。
这5个州的州政府不对任何商品征税，但州内的地方政府(市政府)会征收购物消费税。的地方税最高可达7%，新罕的地方税最高3％。
州和，外国游客购买商品可以得到退还消费税。下面会说到退税的办理。
购物时会遇到的税收说明
会计师指出，在购物缴纳的消费税由两部份组成，一是联邦政府在进出口货品上收的关税（Custom&Duty），在机场免税店里买的东西，所谓免税就是这种关税，这项税率根据商品和商品生产地所不同，所以在免税店购买自产的商品例如Coach皮包丶雅诗兰黛和倩碧化妆品等比较划算，免去了一税。（但是，免税店如果不打折的话，一般情况下，价格还是比打折的商品加上关税要高。）
第二种消费税则是各州征收的销售税（Sales&Tax），销售税是各州政府自行征收，其中加州是全美销售税最高的州之一，而目前只有州丶易斯安那州的机场退税点，可以凭外国护照丶以及往返90天内的机票凭据，退回销售税。
为促进消费，有些州每年会在特定的日期实行免税政策。在免税日，购买规定类别的商品是完全免税的，常见的免税品有：学校用具，衣服，鞋子，节能产品等。

关于美国退税
在购物离开时可以在机场办理退税，但在，几乎不可能。在旅游业发达的、州、州和州，对游客根本没有退销售税的说法。
只有两个州允许国外旅游者退税，分别是和（Louisiana）。其中还允许公民退税，如果你能提供证据证明所购买物品将被带出使用。在，凭外国护照和90天内有效的赴美往返机票，可以退回销售税。

也就是说，政府是不会退税的。退税行为，都是各州政府的事。
几个注意点：
注意询问商店是否可以办理退税。
单个商店所购物品的税金至少要达到$10才可以办理退税。
在退税机构办理，可向消费的商店询问地址。
的销售税(Sales&Tax)率是8.25％，退税机构会收取少量的服务费。退回到顾客手里的大约是5%-6%。
办理退税时，需要准备以下材料
1.&原始收据
3.&I-94卡（入境时护照上的白色或者绿色卡）
5.&机票或者航班信息（确认离境时间的）
据说，COACH包如果在专卖店买或者OUTLETS买是退不了税的，这一点不确定，可向销售方确认下。
