必经程序包括申请、形式审查、实质审查、初审公告、注册五个阶段。　　1、商标申请：首先是商标申请前的查询，使商标注册风险降到最低，后在递交商标注册申请　　2、形式审查：主要是对递交资料的审查，1个月左右可以下达受理通知书，商标即可使用；个体户注册就要2个月左右下达受通通知书　　3、实质审查：受通后，进入商标实质审查，这个要12-15个月左右　　4、初审公告：实质审查若没有问题就进入3个月长的公告期；若审查有问题就被商标局驳回，可在做复审或放弃　　5、正式注册：3个月的公告期间若无人异议，直接下发注册证书；若有异议就进入异议期，这个时间比较漫长！　　整个流程时间在1年—1年半　　一、商标专利申请方式　　1、向专利局递交专利申请文件　　2、委托代理机构代理人办理。　　二、商标查询　　为防止与他人在先注册的商标相同或相近似，提出商标注册申请前，最好对拟注册的商标进行查询，以增加商标注册成功的把握。需要说明的是国家商标局所提供的商标查询结果，不具有法律效力，但可以作为查询人商标注册的重要参考依据。　　三、注册提供资料　　1、公司名义申请：公司营业执照复印件一份；　　个人名义申请：个人身份证复印件、个体户营业执照复印件各一份；　　2、商标设计好的图案；（中文、英文、数字、图形等）　　3、指定商标注册的类别和商品名称；（商标国际分类表）　　4、《商标申请书》、《商标委托书》、《商标协议书》，确定及签字盖章。（由代理机构提供）　　四、注册所需时间　　1、一个月左右送达国家工商行政管理局商标局受理号码文件。申请文件和手续齐备并按照规定填写申请文件的，商标局发给&商标受理通知书&。（形式审查）　　2、在申请受理后8个月后，商标局对商标进行实质审查。凡符合《商标法》有关规定的商标申请，商标局予以初步审定，并予以公告。不符合规定的，商标局发出&驳回通知书&或&部份驳回通知书&；商标局认为商标注册申请内容可以修正的，发给&审查意见书&。申请人在限期内予以答复的，商标局继续审查。（实质审查）　　3、通过实质审查，即申请8-10个月左右，商标局发布初审公告并寄送申请人。（发布公告）　　4、公告之日起3个月后，核准商标注册，颁发正式《商标注册证》。（公告期间）　　5、注册全部时间约为12-18个月左右。（拿到证书）　　五、商标注意事项　　商标自提出申请后即可正确使用（使用时不要打注册标记R）　　六、商标有效期　　商标保护期为10年，在此期间无任何费用，10年后可续展使用

Cosmetic products which shelf life is less than 30 months must be marked with “Best before” date according to common regulations in the most of the countries. Such products can no longer meet safety requirements as soon as expiry date has been passed. It’s not mandatory to have such labeling for the cosmetic products which shelf life exceeds 30 months. Most of such products should not be harmful even
but they can change smell, color, texture or simply become useless. Purchasing such product could mean wasted money.
How can this be avoided? It looks so easy: you just need to find the expiration date or “Period After Opening” sign on the cosmetic product packaging. Unfortunately, cosmetics and perfume brands eventually do not indicate the production or expiration date in the clear, human-readable form. Instead, a product is marked with a batch code or a lot number, which is convenient to the company, but does not provide any information to a beauty product consumer. Even worse, some online shops remove any additional labels which contain information about the country where the product was manufactured as well as expiration date.

What is batch code?
The batch code allows manufacturers or suppliers identifying the batch in which the product was produced. If the product is not made in a batch, then the code should enable the date and place of manufacture to be identified.

（①）.登录中国商标网(访问地址：或 )点击“商标查询”即可进入。（二）.进入系统后，用户可以看到主要功能：商标近似查询、商标综合信息查询、商标状态信息查询、错误信息反馈、操作指南。（③）.商标近似查询就是平常所提及的商标的“事先查询”，是查询商标最常用的方式，一般商标经过商标近似查询便可以确定注册风险的大小。查询方式分为汉字查询、拼音查询、英文查询、数字查询、图形查询、字头查询六种。用户进入系统后，可以单击“商标近似查询”，进入近似查询界面。（④）.商标近似查询的条件输入：1、国际分类号(必填)：按照第八版《类似商品和服务区分表》填写，也可以点击“商标分类帮助”链接辅助填写;此处输入：1－45之间任意的阿拉伯数字，例如输入：9。2、类似群号(选填)：按照第八版《类似商品和服务区分表》输入商品的类似群号，例如输入：。以半角分号分隔。3、查询内容(必填)：输入需要查询的内容，例如输入：“555”。查询内容要根据具体的查询方式来填写，例如查询内容输入“ 555”&后，则必须选择“数字查询”方式。4、选择查询方式(必选)：有六种查询方式供选择：汉字、拼音、英语、数字、字头、图形，查询算法是按照最新的商标审查算法来执行。每种查询方式，提供“自动查询”和“选择查询”两个查询功能按钮。点击“自动查询”时， 系统默认算法，并在算法规则前作标记;“选择查询”则是按用户选中算法规则查询。（⑤）.如需要查询图形，可以选择后面的 “帮助”文字链接，弹出图形要素编码的辅助窗口，选择相应的图形要素编码，或者用户直接输入图形要素编码：例如输入：7.1.1，作为查询条件;选择了图 形查询方式，则查询内容只能输入维也纳图形要素编码，否则无法进行查询。最多可以输入两个图形编码，二者间以半角分号“;”分隔。商标综合信息查询用户进入系统后，可以选择商标综合信息查询功能进入操作主界面（⑥）1、国际分类号：按照《类似商品和服务区分表》填写，可以点击“商品分类帮&助”链接辅助填写;此处输入：1－45之间任意的阿拉伯数字，例如输入：19。 & & & & & &&2、注册号/申请号：输入青岛商标注册号/申请号，例如输入：737681。& & &&3、商标名称：输入需要查询的内容，同时选择模糊或精确查询，例如输入：“神州”，选择 “前包含、精确、包含”选项。“前包含”指“神州”后加任意字符，该查询速度中等;“精确”指完全相同，速度最快;“包含”指“神州”前后都加任意字符， 速度最慢。用户可根据网速自主选择。4、申请人名称(中文)：输入需要查询的内容，同时选择模糊或精确查询，例如输入：“广州神州集团有限公司”，选择“前包含、精确、包含”选项。5、申请人名称(英文)：输入需要查询的内容，同时选择模糊或精确查询，例如输入：“nike”，选择“前包含、精确、包含”选项。（⑦）.对于国际注册商标的有效性，应通过“流程状态查询”查看该商标流程，再根据《商标法》的规定综合判断是否有效。商标流程查询用户进入系统，可以选择商标状态信息查询功能进入操作主界面。申请号/注册号(必填)：输入需要查询的申请号或注册号，例如输入：2015452。注：此处为必填写内容，否则无法查询。&对于国际注册商标的有效性，应通过“流程状态查询”查看该商标流程，再根据《商标法》的规定综合判断是否有效。注意事项：商标注册审查主要依据商标法第十条和第十一条，商标查询并不能完全预测和避免商标注册的风险；注意在商标查询之前先考虑通用名称、显著性等等方面排除商标注册的绝对风险；近似查询时，国际分类号、查询内容以及查询方式为必填写内容，否则无法查询。补充：本回答引用百度经验

　　商标局查询的方式跟114sb是一样的，不过国家商标局的网站一直出问题，不知道什么时候就打不开了。
