在国家颁发煤改电的政策以后，一些之前用煤炭加热锅炉的用户都想改成电加热管加热。但是他们面对一个很棘手的问题，就是不知道自己用多大的功率。今天就跟大家介绍下1吨水加热需要多少千瓦的电加热管？
盐城飞宇计算功率的时候有个简易公式，因此我们需要知道以下几个参数：
1、水量
正常客户都是提供几顿水或者几立方水，我们换化成重量。一吨水=1000KG
一立方水=1000KG.
2、加热温度差
温度差就是把所要加热的水从多少度加热到目标温度之间的差值。
3、加热时间差
时间差就是把所要加热的单位水量在这个温度差时用多长时间。
通过上面的介绍可以知道：“1吨水加热需要多少千瓦的电加热管”这里面没有体现时间差和温度差。因此，我们这里只能举例说明了。
例1：一吨水从10度加热到60度，用一小时。
水量一吨=1000KG
温度差=60-10=50
时间差为1小时
有这三个参数我们根据盐城飞宇的计算公式计算大概是65KW.
因此1吨水加热管需要多少千瓦的电加热管这个问题无法准确给出答案，需要进一步跟客户确认温度差和时间差才能计算出功率，求出功率后才能根据客户的使用要求来设计电加热管。

展开全部我们家庭在烧水的时候每烧开一斤水大约用时一分钟,(用电烧水和用天然气差不多的)也就是说烧开一顿水需要2000分钟左右,(当然是估计的)也就是30多个小时,而我们的罐装液化汽每瓶大约能用20小时左右(我是按我家使用的时间的估算的)也就是说要用一瓶半的液化汽才能将一吨的水烧开.用点烧水就用我家的电磁炉来打比方吧,我家的电磁炉每烧开一斤水用时大约1.5分钟,而烧水档的默认功率为1800W,也就是说烧开一吨水大约要50个小时左右,而每小时消耗电量为1.8度,烧开一吨水需要消耗90度电左右!(当然都是估算的,不是很准确的!)已赞过已踩过你对这个回答的评价是？评论
收起这要看进水温度是多少，如果在冬天，进水温度为5度（长江中下游地区），那么烧开一顿水需要的天然气为：1000（1吨水）*（100-5）/8600/85%=13立方.这里100-5为实际温升,8600为天然气的热值,85%为一般燃气具的热效率....
