我们这边但凡自家有余地，条件许可的话会挖个养鱼的塘，一是爱好，二来方便实用，想吃鱼了直接在塘里捞，自家养的卫生干净，再去旁边菜地摘点青菜，简单的农家饭就这样做好了。

首先从湿砖开始，楼主家住河南，也是属于新农村建设，村里免费给划分地皮，剩下的都是自己弄，没有补助的，楼主是穷人，自己弄能省点钱，在楼主心里这就是别墅，不知道你们怎么看，起码楼主是自力更生，不是坑爹一族。

2月1日，一大早去赶大集，人可真多。红红火火的。去了当地的几家楼板、预制板场，基本了解了价格情况。联系了施工队，水泥黄沙基本也确定下来了。预制板总价预计在1.5w，比我想象的多些。春节前没有几天了，尽早确定下来，希望年后能马上开工。

2月12日，今天把老房子整理下，不要的家具都丢了。门也拆了。后天正式扒屋，盖房即将开始。最近一段时间只好要寄宿在大伯家。

扒房前最后一天考察水泥，原来水泥分硅藻水泥和矿渣水泥等，还有各种标号，他们说32.5标号的就可以打地梁，倒大梁。我也不清楚，打算问问包工头的意见。

2月24日最近镇里在挖河，土比较便宜。一车大概17方左右，才150元。所以一直在联系各车队，可是这些车队各种不靠谱，一直没有送来。现在挖机已经到了，可是土方车却吃吃没有到。如果是单向的工作还行，但是如果双向配合工作就比较难协调。农村办事吧，就是这样。不像在城市，双方确认后，签订协议。各种着急！

4月10日，最近在移土方，一板车一板车的拉。这个阶段的工作又结束了。后续还有地板砖，门窗,防水，其他就全部完成啦。

5月12日，已经建好了，马上安装门窗。建房真的很辛苦，历时3个月，预算25万，两层上下各100平米。期待尽快入住新家！

我们这边但凡自家有余地，条件许可的话会挖个养鱼的塘，一是爱好，二来方便实用，想吃鱼了直接在塘里捞，自家养的卫生干净，再去旁边菜地摘点青菜，简单的农家饭就这样做好了。

扒房前最后一天考察水泥，原来水泥分硅藻水泥和矿渣水泥等，还有各种标号，他们说32.5标号的就可以打地梁，倒大梁。我也不清楚，打算问问包工头的意见。

农村盖房子太能糊弄了，今天发现了俩个问题。电话给包工头，居然是说这是小问题，不给修改。

2月24日最近镇里在挖河，土比较便宜。一车大概17方左右，才150元。所以一直在联系各车队，可是这些车队各种不靠谱，一直没有送来。现在挖机已经到了，可是土方车却吃吃没有到。如果是单向的工作还行，但是如果双向配合工作就比较难协调。农村办事吧，就是这样。不像在城市，双方确认后，签订协议。各种着急！

4月10日，最近在移土方，一板车一板车的拉。这个阶段的工作又结束了。后续还有地板砖，门窗,防水，其他就全部完成啦。
