These tracks of Demi's are awesome and the more I listen to them the better they get. Sometimes you buy a CD or album and only find maybe a couple of songs that are really good on it, but not this one. Every track is awesome, although my top favorites are "For You", "Kingdom Come" featuring Iggy Azalea (another awesome recording star), & "Wildfire". These tunes get cranked UP!! Honestly you cannot go wrong in buying Demi Lovato "Confident".

||Format: Audio CD|Verified PurchaseIn my opinion, this is Demi's most cohesive album yet. She has grown into her voice beautifully and is eager to let you hear the snarl in her vocals. Moving away from teen pop-rock, Confident as an album embraces heavier dance tracks while occasionally dipping into jazz and gospel influences. On the deluxe edition, &Stars& and &Mr. Hughes& bring more of the contemporary dance hits that may have been on Demi's last album without feeling rehashed.That being said, even Confident has its drawbacks. &Kingdom Come& is a delicious tune that ultimately gets downgraded by the infamous Iggy Azalea's laughable contribution, including a trap breakdown that sounds blatantly ripped from Iggy's &Black Widow&. By comparison, Sirah's verse on &Waiting for You& is much more suitable. In terms of pacing, this album can drag at times. At the end of the album, you're treated to four &ballads& or at least down-tempo songs in a row - &Wildfire&, &Lionheart&, &Yes&, and &Father&. Add this to &For You& and &Stone Cold& from the album's first half and you get a total of 6 down-tempo songs that account for about 3/4 of the album. &Lionheart& and &Father& shine undoubtedly while &Wildfire& and &Yes& seem to lilt as interludes to the better songs. I feel as though Stars and Mr. Hughes should have been included on the standard edition as leverage to balance out the heavier songs in the second half.Like I said, this is Demi's strongest album yet. However, it tends to lean too heavily on her powerhouse vocals to make up for an imbalanced tracklist.

Artist's vocal range and ability really shinned and music itself had a nice variation of tones, switches, and momentum.Will certainly be looking into more of her stuff.
