  荀子曰:“登高而招,臂非加长也,而见者远;顺风而呼,声非加疾也,而闻者彰。”空军工程大学“红色传人培育工程”之所以具有强大感召力,就在于抓住了时代特色,理念有突破,方法有创新。他们的“塑魂力学”,为培塑坚定举旗人、合格接班人、优秀带兵人提供了有益的启示和借鉴。
  魄力――
  越是众声喧哗越要理直气壮
  ●走出无菌化“密封舱”,主动闯入问题深处寻找教育出路

  “敌人”不在面前,精心设计的“楚歌”却在回荡!
  仿佛一夜之间,洞开的互联网、移动终端裹挟泥沙冲向意识形态坚守的阵地。
  湖面风平浪静,湖底暗流涌动!一些歪曲雷锋、刘胡兰、董存瑞、邱少云等英模的“段子”既让人气愤,又让人沉思:众声喧哗之间,我们自己不能乱了阵脚,而要更加理直气壮地传播真理。
  理直气壮不代表仅凭声音“高八调”,而是直抓问题本质,敢于闯入问题深处,从根子上拔掉“思想毒刺”。
  这是空军工程大学一堂主动出击的政治教育课――
  “为何涉案的官员级别越来越高?”
  社科部副教授刘江的这个问题一经抛出,不少人惊呼:这样“抄底”不怕“兜不住底”吗?
  空气凝重之后,讨论热烈。刘江对那堂课记忆犹新:学员以后遇到的问题和困惑将会比这些更尖锐,你不去理直气壮地化解问题,学员就会“雨天背柴禾――越背越重,最终让歪理邪说抢占了思想阵地。”
  学员们讨论之后,刘江给出答案:揪出的高官越多,证明我党反腐的决心和力度越大!
  “长期以来,我们习惯于关门施教,‘无菌化’的封闭空间没有一丝杂音。”不少教授谈到,当政治教育的“密封舱”被打开后,必须主动破解被动应付的困局,寻找教育的出路。
  在空军工程大学,“红色电波”广播电台、“红色荧屏”电视台、“红色足迹”校报、“红色传人”专题网站、“红信连心”短信平台五大“红色媒体”同步联动、互相配合,学员们人人参与其中,既是受众又是记者,“红色传人记者团”在校园高度活跃。
  此外,学员新闻发言人、校园“红色大V”定期举行活动,直面问题、针锋相对,在理直气壮的说理中牢牢掌控了思想阵地。
  该校领导告诉记者,“红色传人培育工程”还有一个“五级联动机制”,从大学本部到所属院校,五个层面的教育工作者形成合力,联动共抓,其中一个重要职能就是“快速进入、强势介入”。对一些舆情苗头及时收集整理,教育者联手共商、消除隐患。
  这支队伍在大学也被誉为“抄底小组”――摸清教育的底数、明确坚守阵地的底线、增强坚定信仰的底气。
  引力――
  在时代脉搏中寻求“共振频谱”

  少数民族学员金海亮在话剧《寻路》中扮演董存瑞,排练中,“为了新中国,前进!”短短一句话喊了3个月,可总感觉哪里不太对。
  学员队领导带着他猫在电脑前看了几天的影视剧和相关文字资料。正式演出那天,金海亮洪亮的一声“为了新中国,前进”,把嗓子几乎喊破了,全场掌声雷动。用金海亮的话说:“排练的过程是一个自我教育的过程,这一辈子我将会永远铭记那一声发自心灵的呐喊,并激励我永远争当一名优秀的共产党员!”
  苏霍姆林斯基曾说:“教会学生自己教育自己,是一种最高级别的技巧和艺术。”该校领导介绍,“红色传人培育工程”有一个重要的方法,就是激活学员心田“那一池水”,让传统的说教变成形式多样的自我教育。
  教育好似针灸,必须找准思想的“痛点”,细针直入,深扎轻捻;教育又如同爆破,一排雷管中精准摸到“引爆点”,一爆全响。这一形象比喻生动诠释了该校“红色传人”培育的奥秘所在。
  该校有3个响当当的“品牌组织”:蓝色贝雷、金色哈达、春雨行动小组。3个公益小组自成立以来,累计吸纳了数千名学员志愿者。
  3个组织的“掌门人”告诉记者,真正的收获不只是助人为乐,更重要的是通过一次次触动心灵的活动,真实感受到了社会主义大家庭的温暖、体味到了自己应承担的使命担当,加深了对党的性质宗旨理解,坚定了高举旗帜、矢志报国的信念。
  该校政治部负责人告诉记者,参加公益小组一段时间,学员们纷纷向组织递交入党申请书。言为心声,学员的思想之所以不断升华,重要的是因为“红色传人培育工程”彻底摆脱了理论“高大上”的施教理念和模式,坚持在“接地气”中增进情感。
  增进学员对党的理解,加深对党的感情,不能靠一两次偶然事件,教育不是信手拈来、偶然得之,而是依靠施教者的“精心设计”。
  翻看“红色传人培育工程”的《学员思想政治素质培育路线图》,思想教育、舆论宣传、文化熏陶、典型示范、党团生活、实践养成的“六位一体”构成了一个完整科学的“红色基因”培育体系,每个环节都着眼情感贴近做文章、下力气,体现了“红色传人培育工程”设计在先的把控力。
  内力――
  工程化模式让教育“虚功实做”
  ●不解决桥和船的问题,过河就是一句空话
  ●不能“对马克思很熟,对马克思主义不太熟”
  采访中,记者亲历了该校政委张磊给学员入党积极分子上的一堂党课,内容生动不需浓墨述说,令记者感兴趣的是张磊的另一个身份:党校校长。
  是军校,也是党校。而党校的成立源于一项调查,是因为有学员写道:“对马克思很熟,对马克思主义不太熟。”
  大学有学员近万人,毕业生中有80%加入党组织。可想而知,大学期间的政治教育对于“红色基因”的传承何等重要!
  此岸是一个个新入学的高分考生,彼岸是一个个坚定的马克思主义者,而要渡过这条河,不解决桥和船的问题,过河就是一句空话。
  该校的培育目标不只是一个个本领过硬的技术军官,更是“红色传人”。成立党校,就是这个大学“红色传人培育工程”的一项重要内容。
  张政委给记者铺开了一张巨大的培育工程“作战图”――“学员思想政治素质目标模型图”。
  崇高的理想信念、坚定的强军意志、纯洁的思想道德、扎实的人文底蕴、健康的心理品质,5大模块犹如5个阵地作战的箭头,全部直指育人总体目标:坚定的举旗人、合格的接班人、优秀的带兵人。
  思想属于精神范畴,无形、虚幻,看不见、摸不着。于是,长期以来,我们的思想政治教育或多或少地存在虚对虚、空对空。
  理学院社科部教授袁良志说,有时教育者苦口婆心、动情动容,听者却“毫无感觉”,有电流有电灯,为何那盏灯却一直没有被点亮?是因为传导系统出了问题。
  隔空喊话不行,思想有效输入的前提是要有具体载体!“红色传人”培育既是一项政治工程,又是一项“灵魂工程”,必须构图在前、设计在先。一个个精心设计的课程便成了一条条抵达心灵彼岸的路径,“红色传人培育工程”便成了“过河”的有形有效思想输送载体。
  如果说,工程化模式解决了教学的“隔空喊话”,那么《红色传人培育工程评估细则》则实现了培育最终的“虚功实做”――打分有了量化,评价有了标准。
  学员范江涛告诉记者,《学员思想品德毕业评估表》将进入档案。评估结果为优秀的,颁发“品学兼优”证书,并向部队重点推荐,评估结果为不合格的,学位证书都拿不到。
  定力――
  以“独立性”达到“坚定性”
  ●先扣“第一个扣子”,不能直接扣“最后一个扣子”
  ●力求“骨头红”,不搞急功近利“染红”
  一位老红军曾动情地说:“真正的马克思主义者,是把骨头砸碎了,骨头也是红的!”
  “骨头也是红的”绝非一日之功。这是一个空军工程大学学员都耳熟能详的故事:1923年,为了寻求救国之路,刘伯承毅然退出了已成为新军阀的川军。当时,共产党友人力劝他加入中国共产党,但刘伯承当场拒绝了:“不能一见到旗帜就拜倒!”直到1926年,经过深刻对比的刘伯承才正式加入中国共产党。
  “不能一见到旗帜就拜倒!”该校教育者秉承的育人理念让记者印象深刻:给学员一个思想空间,抉择越深思熟虑,信念越坚定!
  曾经,学员七营教导员高俊奎一堂关于革命军人不怕死、随时准备打仗牺牲的教育课,让刚入学一周的学员宋世良私下里表示要退学回家。
  随着“红色传人培育工程”的有序推进,宋世良对党和军队有了深刻的理解,一跃成为思想骨干,并成为一名预备党员。
  军事文化与心理工作教研室副主任苏军茹说,很多时候,教育的活力没有真正激发出来,是因为违背了教育的客观规律,上来就想帮学员扣“最后一个扣子”,急于打通学员思想的“最后一公里”。
  政治信仰如同恋爱,鲜有一见钟情,功夫还需下在对党“日久生情”上。而“日久”就需要赋予教育足够的时间、给予学员足够的思想空间。
  20岁的学员陈永安,16岁考入工程大学,多次在国内外比赛获奖,荣立二等功、三等功各一次。陈永安坦言自己曾经是一名“人格独立的愤青”――喜欢发表不同“政见”、常和在国外留学的同学交流价值观。令他没有想到的是,在这所军校,他自己一点点变化,成为一名理想信仰坚定的党员。去年暑假,陈永安给在国外的同学写信:我已决定做一个坚定的马克思主义者,我的一生将永远根植于祖国!
  股票市场有个“箱体震荡”理论,上有盖下有底,防止股票上下剧烈震荡,而“红色传人培育工程”却偏偏打开箱体,给思想一个自由度。该校领导说,我们除了有道路自信、理论自信、制度自信外,还有方法自信,学员们会在这项充满活力的“铸魂工程”中感知到透彻的真理。
