一般在iCloud里都有备份 当然 你要开启才有 去看下 可以恢复
不太会啊。求教
我刚开始打开看时候通讯录那儿是开着的。
不过我刚才又关了重开了一下。还是没有

你开启备份的话会有显示 在里面找到恢复就好了

你把通讯录启动了 iCloud上有的话就会自动下载到通讯录 没有的话就不知道了

不用那么麻烦的，如果有备份的话，可以用苹果恢复大师从iTunes或者iCloud备份文件恢复，如果没有备份的话，用苹果恢复大师扫描手机，可以把删除的通讯录扫描出来，然后就可以恢复了，你可以试一下。谢谢采纳！
