弱弱问一下，高水平一般刷人概率为多少，在拿到教授的PASS以后，我看每年基本都是2500人，是不是有大于2500的可能？
今年没有名额分配。今年扩大了选拔范围了，高校教师、企业职工、海外留学人员都可以申请公派读博。去年申请人数是2700，今年申请人数是3900。
今年联培可以是按比例报上去的哦。基本都是120%，个别学校还没报那么多呢。所以耍人的比例是科预测的见的。
哪个地方的规定啊？不是有人放风声说今年刷33%么？
你如果去看每年csc下达的文件就知道，学校上报是按照预定名额的120%上报的。这也可以从学校往年的上报人数和录取人数来核对。
