&p&应该是适用的,我说说我的经历。我现在做的算不上有多大成功,还是创业艰难期,但我觉得前景良好,看不到有什么困难是不可以克服的。我是个幸运的人,从我十多年前在大学的时候开始做小生意以来,我多次创业从来没有失败过。从我在大学摆摊起,我就买了车了。都是我自己做出来的。&/p&&br&&p&我家境是不错的,家在北方一个省会城市。妈是大医院主任医师,爹做路桥工程设备的,做得很大。但是在我爹的思维里就是穷养男孩富养女,所以他们从来不给我什么。&/p&&br&&p&记得刚上大学的时候,无论是零花钱,还是吃穿用的都比别人屌丝一大截,别人穿的是阿迪达斯,我穿的是山寨货阿达迪斯,那个时候的品味、生活质量都过得挺差的。我一直没有靠过我爹。&/p&&br&&p&但我从小就知道我爹是做生意的,是个有钱的大包工头,我就知道这一点,所以我一直是不怕输的。这个不怕输的信念一直支撑我做各种各样的生意。因为我知道,哪怕我做得最差,我爹就是我的一个后盾,虽然我没用到他任何东西,但是有安全感。&/p&&br&&p&坦白说从这个不怕输的心态上来讲,我和那些家境很差的白手起家者还是不同的。这么多年,我也见过很多人因为害怕输得精光而不敢放手一搏。我非常能体会他们。&/p&&br&&p&我从05年刚上大学就开始创业,创业得有资金,当时家里给了我五千交学费,在交学费之前,我把所有的学费拿去进货卖起了被子。为了降低进货的成本,我自己棉被批发市场亲自去套被子,就是将缝合就成了棉絮再套上被罩,夏天的棉被批发市场到处都是棉絮,一呼吸蛮鼻子眼睛都是,最后卖被子的人都看不过去,帮我把剩下的都套上。结果在学校被子卖到一半的时候还被学校的保安收走了,当时离开学还有一段时间,在想还有什么赚钱的机会,就想到卖电话卡,因为大家来到新的城市上大学需要换电话卡,然后就把剩下的钱,进货了电话卡,然后把电话卡全部卖完刚好抵消学费,没有赚没有赔。很多人在创业中施展不开,没有格局,最大的郁闷就是因为他没有创业资金,他们没有创业资金和我没有创业资金时候的概念完全不一样,他们想着自己就这么一点钱,玩砸了就他们的人生就完了,但是我不怕玩砸。上面说了,虽然我从没用过我爹的钱,但是脑海中一闪现我爹那从容淡定的目光,我就不怕不怕啦。&/p&&br&&p&后来我就开始摆地摊,这是我真正赚钱的开始。我高考成绩是不错的,613分,但是第一志愿填太好,落了第一志愿,来到了个一般的第二志愿山东建筑大学。就有点无心向学了,只想着赚钱了。&/p&&p&老实说我摆地摊之所以成功并不在于自信,恰恰相反的是,那时候的我反而是个挺自卑的人,很羡慕能靠自己赚钱的人。当我看到一些人手机贴膜每天就能挣十几二十块钱就觉得是一件特别酷的事情,而我一开始并不是就抱着要在学校的摆摊界混出一番名堂的心态去摆摊,而是我那时还很幼稚,还想着我有个好爹可以不怕玩砸,即使我的耳机一根都卖不出去也没有关系,因为有爹给我做后盾。于是我决定去卖耳机,买耳机最好的办法就是比价。学生买东西肯定会看来看去,货比三家,我把学校所有买耳机的型号,价格都记下来,列一个单子,把耳机耳塞耳麦分类,从价格最低的开始,学校一般买10块的开始,我故意列为3块8毛,但是从来没人买。所以卖耳机的时候我通常会拿两个出来,这个3块8,这个好一点的8块,大家自然都很乐意掏多4块钱买个好点的耳机,屡试不爽。&/p&&br&&p&放个图给大家感觉下:&br&&/p&&p&&img src=&/db848f55b935e2a6ebcd5628_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&319& data-rawheight=&247& class=&content_image& width=&319&&这是那3.8元的,如果客户买我这个,我就真2B了,只能赚一块钱。&/p&&br&&img src=&/119fbb2be76a21bd388cee95c8c0da70_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&386& data-rawheight=&302& class=&content_image& width=&386&&   这个卖十二,但是利润是刚刚那个五倍。&br&&p&比价让我在摆摊的时候无往不利,印象比较深刻的我在阿里巴巴搜的一个叫德生的原装耳机,成本价不到两元,质量和市面上十几块的耳机一样,但是必须进货上千根才能进货,当时我就一口气进了1200条德生耳机,连上运费花了接近2500元,花光身上的钱之余还借了很多钱。面对着这一堆成千根的耳机线,我只有一个念头,就是把它们全部卖出去!于是我干了一件极具风险的事情,我将这批进来的耳机以五倍的价格出售,就是十块钱一根。然后把学校里别的商店都有销售的耳机也都借钱进了一些,而定价是别人的一半!这风险相当的大,耳机调到这个价位几乎是没有钱赚了,如果没有人买我的德生耳机我就直接傻逼了。所幸的是当时有个很好的优势,就是学校就只有我这里有德生这个牌子的耳机,他们无法比价。由于比价销售的方式使得大家都知道我这里买的东西都会比别处的价格低,毕竟我和别处都有的耳机,我的价格是最便宜的。所以面对着这无法比价的德生耳机,大家自然也认为一定比别处的售价要低,抱着这种心态,大家选择购买了价格最高的德生耳机。很快我就把这批耳机销售一空。&/p&&br&&p&后来就是网线,学校所有买网线的就是一块钱一米,水晶头五毛,然后你需要几米剪几米,但很少有那种三米,五米,十米的成品线,成品线看起来质量特别好。我就说成品线质量好不容易坏一年包换,一年以内坏了,可以给你换,或者直接退你钱。在摆摊中最大的收获就是你敢于做无风险承诺,只要敢于做无风险承诺就会有人买你的帐。当时我联系上一个东莞的电缆厂,价格便宜得惊人,五米的网线配水晶头配包装,超市卖八块十块,它的成本只要一块八,当时跟他们讨价还价一口气进了三千根,那个时候九月份,刚开学,学校准备拉宽带,我开始卖网线,路由器。&/p&&br&&p&以前是有爹可靠的安全感让我去做生意,这一次能真正感受到是自信心给我输}
